Abstract

The present invention relates to an organizer for releasably accommodating components of blood tube sets for different extracorporeal blood treatment options, in particular for dialysis methods, by means of a blood treatment apparatus, as well as methods for manufacturing and preparing an organizer of the invention.

18. An organizer for releasably accommodating a plurality of components of blood tube sets for different extracorporeal blood treatment options by a blood treatment apparatus, wherein the organizer is suited and prepared to receive the components, whereby at least one first blood tube set for a first blood treatment option or a second blood tube set for a second blood treatment option from among a group including at least two blood tube sets may be configured selectively during use of the organizer.

19. The organizer according to claim 18, which has an integral configuration.

20. The organizer according to claim 18, comprising at least one fastening means for releasably fastening the components of blood tube sets.

21. The organizer according to claim 20, wherein the fastening means comprises:

at least one receiving portion for releasably accommodating at least one component on the organizer; and

at least one tab for releasably securing the at least one component in the receiving portion.

22. The organizer according to claim 21, wherein the at least one tab has an elastic configuration.

23. The organizer according to claim 21, wherein the fastening means further comprises at least one portion configured to facilitate raising of the tab by means of a user'"'"'s finger.

24. The organizer according to claim 23, wherein the at least one portion of the fastening means has an inclination.

25. The organizer according to claim 21, wherein at least one portion of the at least one tab is adapted to pivot.

26. The organizer according to claim 21, wherein the at least one tab comprises a protrusion for raising or pivoting the tab by means of a finger.

27. The organizer according to claim 18, further comprising the components for configuring at least one blood tube set.

28. The organizer according to claim 27, further comprising at least one fastening means for releasably fastening the components of at least one blood tube set.

29. The organizer according to claim 20, wherein the at least one fastening means comprises at least one protrusion for narrowing a width of a channel for detachably fixing a tube segment in the channel.

30. The organizer according to claim 29, wherein the at least one protrusion forms indentations in an interior of the channel.

A method for manufacturing the organizer of claim 18, comprising preparing the organizer for receiving the components, whereby at least one first blood tube set for a first blood treatment option or a second blood tube set for a second blood treatment option from among a group including at least two blood tube sets may be configured selectively during use of the organizer.

32. The method for manufacturing the organizer according to claim 31, further comprising arranging the components for configuring at least one blood tube set from among a group including at least two blood tube sets on the organizer.

33. The method according to claim 31, further comprising configuring the organizer to make it integral.

34. A method for preparing the organizer according to claim 18 for releasably accommodating the components of blood tube sets for different extracorporeal blood treatment options by means of a blood treatment apparatus for a blood treatment, comprising removing the components or blood tube sets that are not required for a selected one of the blood treatment options.

35. The organizer of claim 18, wherein the blood treatment options comprise dialysis.

36. The organizer of claim 20, wherein the at least one fastening means is configured to release each of the components individually.

37. The organizer according to claim 21, wherein the at least one receiving portion has at least one depression for receiving the component along a portion of the periphery of the component, and wherein the at least one tab is for closing the depression.

38. The organizer of claim 24, wherein the inclination is relative to a planar extension of the organizer.
