Abstract

A system for transmission, reception and accumulation of the knowledge packets to plurality of channel nodes in the network operating distributedly in a peer to peer environment via installable one or more role active Human Operating System (HOS) applications in a digital devise of each of channel node, a network controller registering and providing desired HOS applications and multiple developers developing advance communication and knowledge management applications and each of subscribers exploiting the said network resources by leveraging and augmenting taxonomically and ontologically classified knowledge classes expressed via plurality search macros and UKID structures facilitating said expert human agents for knowledge invocation and support services and service providers providing information services in the preidentified taxonomical classes, wherein each of channel nodes communicating with the unknown via domain specific supernodes each facilitating social networking and relationships development leading to human grid which is searchable via Universal Desktop Search by black box search module.

Claims

1. A method for managing communications and collaboration in a social networking system, the method comprising:

receiving from one or more users of a social network a request to initiate a new communication;

initiating a plurality of new communications responsive to the requests,

for each of a plurality of the communications, receiving requests from one or more users of the social network to join the communications;

attaching users to the communications responsive to the requests to join;

receiving messages or communication data from a plurality of the users in connection with one or more of the communications,

for each communication, presenting to each member of said communication the plurality of messages or communication data received for the communication in a tree style or format based on one or more preferences.

2. A method according to claim 1, wherein user(s) can categories the communications.

3. A method according to claim 1, wherein user(s) can associate one or more metadata with said one or more communications including keywords, ontology, taxonomies, categories, location, language, title or topic or subject, descriptions, date and time, security policies or privacy settings for limiting access to one or more connected or preferred users.

A method according to claim 1, wherein user(s) can search, share, publish, subscribe, bookmark, sort, filter, categories, review, set or view status including read, unread, online, offline, away and order and rank the one or more communications, members of communications, and contents of communications.

5. A method according to claim 1, wherein user(s) can create, import, use, attach, detach one or more shared workspace with said one or more communications for integrated communications with one or more members of each communication.

6. A method according to claim 1, wherein user can invite the one or more known connected users or unknown matched online users for participate with one or more communications.

7. A method according to claim 1, wherein user can join, subscribe, and leave or unsubscribe one or more public or private communications.

8. A method according to claim 1, wherein user can attach or detach one or more users or group of users based on contact, connections, dynamic relationships, preferences, privacy settings, filters, bookmarks, subscriptions, search and match.

A method according to claim 1, wherein automatically attach or detach one or more users with one or more communications based on matched activities or actions and events, profile data, behavior, interest, context, connections, dynamic relationships, preferences, privacy settings, filters, bookmarks, search and match.

A method according to claim 1, wherein user can attach or detach one or more integrated communication applications and services including email, instant messaging, VOIP, discussion, sharing, messaging and collaboration applications, action management, transaction management, task management, content management, calendar, journal and search tools.

11. A method according to claim 1, wherein user can associate one or more security policies and rules with one or more communications, members of each communication, applications related to each communication, content types of each communication.

A method according to claim 1, wherein one or more communications facilitating users to provide collaborative searching, creating social network, sharing, collaboration, task fulfillment, human grid utilization, workflow and providing user services including but not limited to resource filtering, categorizing, comparing, mapping, routing, formatting, linking and marketing and advertising and provide supports.

13. A method according to claim 1, wherein the communication platform facilitating asynchronous group interactions among the participants.

14. A method according to claim 1, wherein the communication platform enabling the synchronous group interactions among the participants.

A method according to claim 1, wherein tree style explorer facilitating management of one or more communications, associated one or more members or participants, applications or utilities, services, workspace, projects, contents, actions, transactions, messages, sources, rules and one or more groups or social or personal networks.

A method according to claim 1, wherein provide to user integrated query manager for searching one or more multimedia contents from one or more sources including interne or online web sites, bookmarked contents or sources, user generated or stored contents, contents from one or more service providers, groups, personal and local networks and contents of one or more applications, journals, search macros, publications, explorer, databases, central repositories, based on one or more search and match criteria.

17. A method according to claim 1, wherein presenting each communication and communication specific communication data and messages in tree style based on filters, groups, chronological order, one or more connected users.

18. A method according to claim 1, wherein user can replicating one or more communications from one or more sources based on one or more preferences, filters and replication types including snapshot, merge, transactional and pull and push publication or subscription.

A method according to claim 1, wherein user(s) can create, send, view, respond one or more communications from one or more applications, services, devices, networks including social network, non social network, external domains other than current domain, internet, intranet, peer to peer and mobile network(s).

22. A method according to claim 1, wherein user(s) can create one or more group(s) or sub group(s) based on one or more connections, search, match, subscriptions, preferences for communication, collaboration, searching, providing user services and sharing one or more multimedia contents.

23. A method according to claim 1, wherein presenting one or more matched advertisements with one or more communication and content of communication while creating, viewing, presenting, sending, responding, receiving one or more communications.

30. A method according to claim 1, wherein generating one or more communications related journal feed in a social network environment, the method comprising:

monitoring a plurality of one or more communications related activities or actions of each user;

storing the plurality of related activities or actions of each user in a database;

recording or generating a plurality of journal entries regarding communications related or determined one or more of the activities or actions of each user, wherein one or more of the journal entries of source user is for presentation to one or more related destination users and relates to an activity or action that was performed by source user;

attaching a one or more metadata or fields or parameters or links associated with at least one of the activities or actions of source user to at least one of the plurality of journal entries where the one or more metadata or fields or parameters or links enables a related destination user to communicate, collaborate and participate in the same activity as the source user;

filtering access to the plurality of journal entries to a one or more related destination users; and

presenting or synchronizing a journal feed comprising two or more of the plurality of journal entries to at least one related destination user of the predetermined one or more related destination users.

24. A method for dynamically creating groups for communication, searching and sharing in a network environment, the method comprising:

receiving and storing users profiles, real time location information of users, preferences, dynamic relationships, selections, privacy settings at the central unit;

determining one or more users for dynamically creating one or more groups based on match making of user preferences, real time location information, online availability, bookmarks, accepted invitations, permissions for joining the group, conditions, selections, privacy settings and any combinations thereof and/or based on one or more users determined by the central unit;

allowing members of said one or more groups to establish dynamic communication, create social network(s), provide service(s), collaborate, bookmark, rank, search and share multimedia content.

The method according to claim 24, wherein said determining of users is based on one or more conditions or matched preferences said matched preferences comprising current location of user based on wireless devices and wired devices, language, date and time range, privacy settings, profile(s), known or unknown connections, subscriptions, selections, keywords, categories, invitation, similar activity, actions, events, transaction types including similar application, social network, interest, task, similar online users for searching for similar keywords, searching, auto matching, rule based matching and custom matching of users or a combination thereof.

The method according to claim 24, wherein providing one or more applications, services including workspace, project and task management, message management, actions management, transaction management, journal, calendar, communication, social networking or grouping application for communication, creating social network(s), providing service(s), collaboration, searching and sharing.

27. The method according to claim 24, wherein administrator can attach, detach one or more group(s) members and applications based on filters and search.

28. The method according to claim 24, wherein the geographic location is provided by an access device or based on the location of an access device.

29. The method according to claim 24, wherein further comprising:

receiving from the central unit, an invitation to join the group of users;

receiving input accepting the invitation to join;

sending the input to the central unit; and

receiving from the central unit, information confirming that the user has joined the group.

31. A system of managing communications and collaboration in a social networking system, the system comprises of:

the central unit is configured to receive from one or more users of a social network a request to initiate a new communication, to initiate a plurality of new communications responsive to the requests, for each of a plurality of the said communications, receive requests from one or more users of the social network to join the communications, to attach users to the communications responsive to the requests to join, to receive messages or communication data from a plurality of the users in connection with one or more of the communications, for each said communication, presenting to each member of said communication the plurality of messages or communication data received for the communication in a tree style or format based on one or more preferences.

52. The system according to claim 31, wherein enabling user to create one or more group(s) or sub group(s) based on one or more connections, search, match, subscriptions, preferences for communication, collaboration, searching, providing user services and sharing one or more multimedia contents.

53. The system according to claim 31, wherein presentation module is configure to present one or more matched advertisements with one or more communication and content of communication while creating, viewing, presenting, sending, responding, receiving one or more communications.

60. The system according to claim 31, wherein generating one or more communications related journal feed in a social network environment comprising:

a social network environment;

a module configured to monitor one or more communications related activities or actions of one or more users, said users configurable to act as source user and a destination user;

a storage medium for storing the one or more communications related activities or actions of said one or more users in a database;

a module configured to record or generate a plurality of journal entries regarding one or more communications related or determined activities or actions of one or more users, wherein one or more of the journal entries of said source users are accessible to one or more related destination users, and said journal entries are related to one or more activities or actions performed by said source user;

a associate component configured to associate one or more metadata or fields or parameters or links related with at least one of the activities or actions of source user to at least one of the plurality of journal entries, said one or more metadata or fields or parameters or links enable related destination users to communicate, collaborate and participate in at least one of the activities as performed by the source user;

a setting and security component configured to filter of plurality of journal entries for one or more related destination users; and

a presentation module configured to present one or more of said plurality of journal entries as journal feed to at least one related or predetermined destination users.

54. A system for dynamically create groups for communication, search and share in a network environment comprising:

the central unit is configured to receive and store users profiles, real time location information, preferences, dynamic relationships, selections, privacy settings, to determining one or more users for dynamically create one or more groups based on match making of user preferences, real time location information, online availability, bookmarks, accepted invitations, permissions to join the group, conditions, selections, privacy settings and any combinations thereof and/or based on automatically determined one or more users and to allow members of said one or more groups to establish dynamic communication, create social network(s), provide service(s), collaborate, bookmark, rank, search and share multimedia content.

receiving from the central unit, an invitation to join the group of users;

receiving input accepting the invitation to join;

sending the input to the central unit; and

receiving from the central unit, information confirming that the user has joined the group.
