1. A cellular device and interacting television (TV) set or interacting mobile handset comprising:
- a processor, a modulator and a first transmitter for processing, modulating and transmitting, in said cellular device, a digital camera generated signal into digital camera generated Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplex (OFDM) processed modulated and transmitted signal;
a receiver and demodulator for receiving, demodulating and processing said OFDM modulated transmitted signal into a received, demodulated processed OFDM signal and providing said received demodulated processed OFDM signal to an interface unit of said TV set or to an interface unit of said mobile handset, wherein said cellular device is at a different location than said mobile handset;
a processor, a modulator and a transmitter for processing, modulating and transmitting a motion detector generated control signal for remote control of said TV set or said mobile handset;
a receiver for receiving, demodulating and processing a Global Positioning System (GPS) satellite generated signal into a demodulated and processed GPS signal; and
a processor for processing a digital camera generated signal into a processed digital camera signal and combining said processed digital camera signal with said processed GPS signal into a combined Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) signal and providing said combined CDMA signal to a modulator and a transmitter, for modulation and transmission of said combined signal, wherein said digital camera is in said cellular phone and said combined signal is transmitted in a cellular system and said OFDM modulated signal is transmitted in a Wi-Fi network, wherein said cellular system is distinct from said Wi-Fi network.

Remote control system for generating control signal for controlling a wire or wireless connected device from a distance. Processor for processing a digital signal into Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) and Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature-phase filtered signal. Processors for processing data voice, music and video signals into Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexed (OFDM) signal used in Wi-Fi networks and in cellular systems. Signal generation by touching the screen of a cellular phone or of a PDA or of a other mobile device and for generating touch screen processed control signals for control of a television set or of a other mobile wired or wireless device. Receiving, demodulating and processing one or more Global Positioning System (GPS) satellite generated signals or one or more other signals and providing processed GPS location finding signal or other processed location finding or navigation signal and using these signals for interactive communications and telemetry control.

1. A cellular device and interacting television (TV) set or interacting mobile handset comprising:

a processor, a modulator and a first transmitter for processing, modulating and transmitting, in said cellular device, a digital camera generated signal into digital camera generated Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplex (OFDM) processed modulated and transmitted signal; a receiver and demodulator for receiving, demodulating and processing said OFDM modulated transmitted signal into a received, demodulated processed OFDM signal and providing said received demodulated processed OFDM signal to an interface unit of said TV set or to an interface unit of said mobile handset, wherein said cellular device is at a different location than said mobile handset; a processor, a modulator and a transmitter for processing, modulating and transmitting a motion detector generated control signal for remote control of said TV set or said mobile handset; a receiver for receiving, demodulating and processing a Global Positioning System (GPS) satellite generated signal into a demodulated and processed GPS signal; and a processor for processing a digital camera generated signal into a processed digital camera signal and combining said processed digital camera signal with said processed GPS signal into a combined Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) signal and providing said combined CDMA signal to a modulator and a transmitter, for modulation and transmission of said combined signal, wherein said digital camera is in said cellular phone and said combined signal is transmitted in a cellular system and said OFDM modulated signal is transmitted in a Wi-Fi network, wherein said cellular system is distinct from said Wi-Fi network.

2. A method comprising steps of:

processing, modulating and transmitting a first video signal, generated in a cellular device, into a first processed video signal for transmission of said processed video signal, in a Wi-Fi network, to a receiver of a television (TV) set or to a receiver of a mobile handset device, wherein said handset device is a different device than said cellular device; processing, modulating and transmitting a control signal for remote control of said TV set or said mobile handset device, wherein said control signal is generated in said cellular device by touching the screen of said cellular device; receiving, demodulating and processing a second video modulated signal, in said cellular device, into a demodulated and processed second video signal and providing said processed second video signal to an interface unit of said cellular device, wherein said second video modulated signal is received from a cellular system, through an antenna, wherein said antenna is within or attached to said cellular device; receiving, demodulating and processing in said cellular device a Global Positioning System (GPS) satellite generated location finding signal or a other signal into a demodulated and processed location finding signal; and processing data, generated in said cellular device into a processed digital signal and combining said processed digital signal with said processed location finding signal into a combined Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) signal and providing said combined TDMA signal to a modulator and a transmitter, for modulation and transmission in said cellular system, wherein said cellular system is a distinct from said Wi-Fi network.

a processor, a modulator and a transmitter for processing, modulating and transmitting a first video signal, generated in a mobile device, into a first Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplex (OFDM) processed video signal for providing said first OFDM processed video signal to an OFDM modulator and a transmitter for modulating and transmitting said first OFDM modulated video signal to a television (TV) set, wherein said transmitter comprises a transmit antenna for wireless transmission; a processor, a modulator and a transmitter for processing, modulating and transmitting a motion detector generated, processed motion detector modulated control signal, for remote control of said TV set; a processor, a modulator and a transmitter for processing, modulating and transmitting an audio signal, into a processed audio control signal, for remote control of said TV set; a receiver, a demodulator and a processor for receiving, demodulating and processing a second OFDM modulated video signal, in said mobile device, into a demodulated and processed second video signal, wherein said first OFDM modulated video signal is a distinct signal from said second OFDM modulated video signal; a receiver, a demodulator and a processor for receiving, demodulating and processing a Global Positioning System (GPS) satellite generated signal into demodulated and processed GPS signal; and a processor for processing a voice signal into a processed voice signal and combining said processed voice signal with said processed GPS signal into a combined Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) signal and providing said combined TDMA signal to a modulator and transmitter, for modulation and transmission of said combined signal.
