1. A radio frequency identification tag for multi-path transmission, comprising:
- a plurality of antennas, receiving a wireless signal transmitted by a reader and generating an antenna signal, respectively, and backscattering an encoded and modulated backscatter signal to the reader, in which the polarizations of the plurality of antennas are different;
a demodulator, demodulating the antenna signal, to generate a plurality of demodulated signals corresponding to the antenna signal;
a signal processor, selecting one of the plurality of demodulated signals or combining the plurality of demodulated signals for processing according to characteristics of the plurality of the demodulated signals to read data and generating a backscatter signal; and
a space-time code encoding modulator, encoding and modulating the backscatter signal according to a space-time code to generate the encoded and modulated backscatter signal.
