requiring a security function, only if said amount of said transaction is greater than a limited amount, and otherwise not requiring said security function to complete said transaction; and
completing said transaction with said information without requiring said security function when said amount of said transaction is less than said limit amount, and requiring said security function when said amount of said transaction is greater than said limit amount.
