19. A method of treating chronic pain, including lower back pain and leg pain, in a patient with spinal cord stimulation, the method comprising:

storing one or more operating parameters for a burst stimulus having a plurality of groups of pulses, wherein the burst stimulus is substantially quiescent between each group of the plurality of groups of pulses with a quiescent interval of less than about 5 seconds and the burst stimulus comprises pulse frequency components of at least 10,000 Hz; operating a pulse generator to generate electrical pulses of the burst stimulus; and applying the burst stimulus to the patient through electrodes, of an electrical lead, implanted within epidural space of the patient to treat the lower back pain and leg pain of the patient without causing paresthesia in the lower back or legs of the patient. - View Dependent Claims (20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27)
