a pusher wire, comprising; a tubular body having a pusher wire lumen; an elongate body disposed in the pusher wire lumen; a funnel shaped bumper disposed on a distal end of the tubular body; a pair of holders disposed on the elongate body; and a middle bumper disposed on the elongate body distal of the pair of holders, wherein the pair of holders is configured to close around the middle bumper and secure a stent thereto when the elongate body is pulled proximally into the proximal body. - View Dependent Claims (12, 13, 14)

a stent defining a stent lumen; a sheath defining a sheath lumen configured to contain the stent; and a pusher wire at least partially positioned in the stent lumen, the pusher wire having respective proximal and middle bumpers disposed thereon, the middle bumper being disposed distally of the proximal bumper, wherein the proximal bumper is configured to deploy the stent out of the sheath, and the middle bumper is configured to withdraw a partially deployed stent into the sheath.
