54. A method of treating a patient having a disorder modulated by human growth hormone (hGH) with an effective amount of a pharmaceutical formulation of an hGH polypeptide comprising one or more non-naturally encoded amino acids wherein said formulation comprises:

a) a buffer;

b) at least one carrier, excipient, or stabilizer;

c) and a pharmaceutically effective quantity of human growth hormone.
