1. A integrated system for facilitating a mobile touch transaction useful in making payment for services by a user or a transaction involving the purchase of goods or services by a user comprises:
- a near field communication enabled wireless handheld communication device including a device identifier and able to transmit such identifier via said near field communication capability;
a touch sensitive point of sale device consisting of an active poster device with enabled near field communication, said active poster device also being in communication over a network or other communication means with a host computer;
a host computer with networking ability, in communication with said active poster over a network or other communication means, and said host computer also in communication with a service provider'"'"'s system over a network;
a service provider'"'"'s system in communication with said host computer over a network;
wherein the near field communication capability resident on said handheld communication device is able to communicate with the near field communication capability resident on said active poster, when said handheld communication devices is brought into proximity with said active poster,and wherein a touch sensitive interface of said Active Poster is able to be utilized by said user, said communication and said utilization able to request the completion of said mobile commerce transaction as follows;
the near field communication capability resident on said active poster is able to execute said communication action with said handheld communication device in response to a near field communication signal detection from said handheld communication device, due to proximity of said user'"'"'s handheld communication device near a specific location on said active poster;
wherein said host computer receives a transaction signal from said active poster, which includes at least said near field communication enabled handheld communication device identifier, and information sufficient to identify a selected transaction selected by said user using said touch sensitive interface on said active poster,and wherein said host computer is able to identify said user and said selected available transaction, including being able to identify said user as being an authorized user of said service provider'"'"'s services, either by records within said host computer system or via communications with said service provider'"'"'s system over a network,and wherein said host computer communicates with said service provider'"'"'s system requesting that said service provider'"'"'s system complete said requested mobile commerce transaction.

17. An interactive, smart information display active poster employed for proximity sensing means in order to respond in a specific manner to the action of the user, and facilitating mobile commerce transaction comprises:

a short range high frequency wireless communication NFC reader; a micro-controller for getting a device identifier from the NFC reader over a link and the key input from the user through a touch panel; a touch panel; a storage means; a buzzer, signaling device; a power supply; said active poster connected to a network through a computer; said active poster capable of selecting and sending a communication, based on the content of the selected touched area of the active poster to a backend server;
characterized in that the active poster includes digital computing means capable of receiving a poster-specific overlay of instructions and data into a storage means and then capable of immediately responding in accordance with a predetermined set of instructions in combination with the poster-specific overlay of instructions to the proximity of an NFC signal generating device to a localized and identified part of the poster, such predetermined instructions including at least one of activation of one or more lights, activation of replay means including replay of stored speech, replay of stored music, replay of stored fixed or moving images from a stored library, or dispensing of printed material, any of the foregoing so that a user of said active poster can interact with the poster and gain more information from the poster than is available from an un-activated poster.
