Abstract

The present invention provides a novel compound that is capable of largely improving a life time, efficiency, electrochemical stability, and thermal stability of an organic electronic device, and an organic electronic device that comprises an organic material layer comprising the compound.

7. An organic electronic device comprising:

a first electrode;

a second electrode; and

one or more organic material layers that are disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein one or more layers of the organic material layers comprises the compound according to claim 1.

8. The organic electronic device according to claim 7, wherein the organic material layer comprises at least one of the hole injection layer and the hole transport layer, and at least one layer of the hole injection layer and the hole transport layer comprises the compound that is represented by Formula 1.

9. The organic electronic device according to claim 7, wherein the organic material layer comprises a light emitting layer, and the light emitting layer comprises the compound that is represented by Formula 1.

10. The organic electronic device according to claim 7, wherein the organic material layer comprises the electron transport layer, and the electron transport layer comprises the compound that is represented by Formula 1.

11. The organic electronic device according to claim 7, wherein the organic electron device is selected from the group consisting of an organic light emitting device, an organic phosphorescence device, an organic solar cell, an organic photoconductor (OPC) and an organic transistor.

12. An organic electronic device comprising:

a first electrode;

a second electrode; and

one or more organic material layers that are disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein one or more layers of the organic material layers comprises the compound according to claim 2.

13. An organic electronic device comprising:

a first electrode;

a second electrode; and

one or more organic material layers that are disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein one or more layers of the organic material layers comprises the compound according to claim 3.

14. An organic electronic device comprising:

a first electrode;

a second electrode; and

one or more organic material layers that are disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein one or more layers of the organic material layers comprises the compound according to claim 4.

15. An organic electronic device comprising:

a first electrode;

a second electrode; and

one or more organic material layers that are disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein one or more layers of the organic material layers comprises the compound according to claim 5.

16. An organic electronic device comprising:

a first electrode;

a second electrode; and

one or more organic material layers that are disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein one or more layers of the organic material layers comprises the compound according to claim 6.
