Abstract

A method and a system are disclosed for processing online joint guarantee. After a server receives an application from a user, the server provides various types of joint guarantee grouping to the user for selection. The server creates a joint guarantee group having a unique ID according to the selection of the user, organizes the information of the joint guarantee group into a data packet and sends the data packet to a bank system to be approved. The method potentially improves the success rate of joint guarantee grouping and removes the geographical limitations. Through the Internet, the method makes it possible to join companies of different geographical locations for online joint guarantee. The method also establishes a complete online alert mechanism, and realizes computerized loan risk control to improve the business credit system.

Claims

1. A method for processing online joint guarantee, the method comprising:

providing by a server various user selectable types of joint guarantee grouping after the server receives an application from a user;

creating by the server a joint guarantee group having a unique ID according to a selection made by the user; and

organizing information of the joint guarantee group into a data packet and sending the data packet to a bank system by the server.

2. The method for processing online joint guarantee as recited in claim 1, wherein providing by the server various user selectable types of joint guarantee grouping after the server receives the application from the user comprises:

determining by the server if the user satisfies requirements of the application; and

providing by the server the various types of joint guarantee grouping to the user for user selection if the user satisfies the requirements, and saving the application of the user into a database if the user does not satisfies the requirements.

3. The method for processing online joint guarantee as recited in claim 1, wherein, after the server organizes the information of the joint guarantee group into the data packet and sends the data packet to the bank system, the method further comprises:

receiving by the server a feedback from the bank system indicating whether the application is successful; and

notifying the user of the feedback.

4. The method for processing online joint guarantee as recited in claim 1, wherein creating a joint guarantee group having a unique ID includes:

generating the unique joint guarantee ID by the server according to the selection of the user, and binding information of the joint guarantee group with member information of the user;

determining by the server whether the user satisfies a grouping requirement based on the member information of the user; and

creating the joint guarantee group by the server if the user satisfies the grouping requirement.

5. The method for processing online joint guarantee as recited in claim 1, wherein the various types of joint guarantee grouping include one or a combination of automatic matching, fraternity, and online initiation/participation.

The method for processing online joint guarantee as recited in claim 1, wherein the various types of joint guarantee grouping include automatic matching performed by the server based on preset criteria of the user who provides business information of the application, the automatic matching comprising:

automatically recommending to the user other users relevant to the business information of the application;

providing reciprocal data of the users; and

suggesting forming a joint guarantee group among the users.

The method for processing online joint guarantee as recited in claim 1, wherein the various types of joint guarantee grouping include fraternity grouping in which a plurality of users agree to form a joint guarantee group, and one of the users establishes the joint guarantee group and adds the other users to jointly apply for a loan business.

The method for processing online joint guarantee as recited in claim 1, wherein the various types of joint guarantee grouping include online initiation/participation in which the user with a business need publishes a grouping request on the server, indicates the user'"'"'s own qualifications and grouping criteria, and wait for and/or add qualified users to form the joint guarantee group.

9. A server comprising:

a processing module;

a grouping module; and

a sending module,

wherein the processing module is adapted for receiving an application from a user, providing various types of joint guarantee grouping for user selection, and sending the user selection to the grouping module;

the grouping module is adapted for creating a joint guarantee group with a unique ID according to the user selection, and sending information of the joint guarantee group to the sending module; and

the sending module is adapted for receiving the information of the joint guarantee group from the grouping module, organizing the information of the joint guarantee into a data packet, and sending out the data packet.

10. The server as recited in claim 9, further comprising:

a determination module; and

a storage module;

wherein the determination module is adapted for receiving application information of the user, determining whether the user satisfies a requirement of the application, and if the user does, sending the application information of the user to the processing module, otherwise sending the application information of the user to the storage module, and

the storage module is adapted for storing the application information of the user.

11. The server as recited in claim 9, further comprising:

a receiving module; and

a notifying module;

wherein the receiving module is adapted for receiving a message indicating whether the application of the user is approved, and for sending the message to the notifying module, and the notifying module is adapted for sending the message to the user.

12. One or more computer-readable media storing computer-executable instructions that, when executed, perform acts comprising:

providing various user selectable types of joint guarantee grouping after the server receives from a user an application;

creating a joint guarantee group having a unique ID according to a selection made by the user; and

organizing information of the joint guarantee group into a data packet and sending the data packet to a bank system.

13. The one or more computer-readable media as recited in claim 12, wherein the computer-executable instructions are executed by a server.

14. The one or more computer-readable media as recited in claim 12, wherein creating a joint guarantee group having a unique ID includes:

generating the unique joint guarantee ID by the server according to the selection of the user, and binding information of the joint guarantee group with member information of the user;

determining whether the user satisfies a grouping requirement by the server based on the member information of the user; and

creating the joint guarantee group by the server if the user satisfies the grouping requirement.

15. The one or more computer-readable media as recited in claim 12, wherein the various types of joint guarantee grouping include one or a combination of automatic matching, fraternity, and online initiation/participation.
