Abstract

A system for transmission, reception and accumulation of the knowledge packets to plurality of channel nodes in the network operating distributedly in a peer to peer environment via installable one or more role active Human Operating System (HOS) applications in a digital devise of each of channel node, a network controller registering and providing desired HOS applications and multiple developers developing advance communication and knowledge management applications and each of subscribers exploiting the said network resources by leveraging and augmenting taxonomically and ontologically classified knowledge classes expressed via plurality search macros and UKID structures facilitating said expert human agents for knowledge invocation and support services and service providers providing information services in the preidentified taxonomical classes, wherein each of channel nodes communicating with the unknown via domain specific supernodes each facilitating social networking and relationships development leading to human grid which is searchable via Universal Desktop Search by black box search module.

Claims

1. A method for dynamically providing and receiving user services in a network(s) environment comprising:

registering each user with user profile(s) and enabled user to act as service provider and/or service subscriber;

allowing service provider to register one or more services with service profile(s) or service templates with service profile templates(s);

allowing users of network to search, select and subscribe or receive one or more said registered services of service provider(s);

storing each registered user'"'"'s subscribers, subscriptions, connections, privacy settings and preferences, subscribed services, registered services with service profile(s), service associate active links and associate objects and data, user contents;

dynamically presenting selected service specific presentation, input system, active links and associate features, objects, applications, services, multimedia data, metadata, privacy settings to service subscriber or service requestor for sending request, receiving and managing subscribed services;

allowing service subscriber or service requestor to receive service specific subscribed contents and/or send one or more service request to one or more subscribed services or determined services of service providers for receiving response(s), making transactions, workflow, search results, shared contents, fulfilling tasks, communication, messaging, collaboration;

dynamically presenting selected service specific presentation, input system, active links and associate features, objects, applications, services, multimedia data, metadata, subscribers of service, privacy settings to service providers for sending responses, providing and managing services;

allowing service provider to dynamically publishing service specific contents and/or dynamically providing services and responses by selecting registered service and/or selected service related selected subscribers and/or selected service specific selected subscribers related selected service request; and

dynamically presenting said service specific published or subscribed contents and/or service request specific responses with service specific active links and associate objects, applications, services, multimedia data, metadata, privacy settings, user actions to target subscribers or service requestors, connected users and service providers.

The method according to claim 1, wherein said service providers and/or service subscriber comprising users of social network, connected users of user, sponsored, paid and experts service providers, verified users, automated service provider and/or service subscriber, digital sources, applications, devices, networks, services, external domains, groups, individual, organization, companies, brands, enterprise users and web sites.

The method according to claim 1, wherein said services comprising users and enterprise'"'"'s services including sharing contents, publishing contents, fulfilling tasks, providing search results, providing expert'"'"'s mediated search results, booking tickets, workflow, making transactions for e-commerce, providing supports, providing user generated contents, user contribution and works, storing, organizing and managing contents, communications, marketing and advertising, referring.

4. The method according to claim 1, wherein user can register one or more services based on utilizing service templates and associate service profile templates.

7. The method according to claim 1, wherein service consumption based on user'"'"'s subscriptions, connections, invitations, search, selection, preferences, privacy settings, user profile and data, interest, actions, events, transactions, activities, behavior and auto match making.

8. The method according to claim 1, wherein allowing service provider to integrate registered services with and provide services from 3^rd parties domains, web sites, applications, services, networks, devices and services.

9. The method according to claim 1, wherein allowing service subscriber to integrate subscribed services with and receive services from 3^rd parties domains, web sites, applications, services, networks, devices and services.

The method according to claim 1, wherein allowing 3^rd parties domains, web sites, applications, services, networks, devices and services to integrate selective or filtered user services and access user profile, service profiles, service associate applications, objects, multimedia data, metadata, settings, service subscriber and subscriptions, shared contents and allow other users to subscribe said one or more integrated services.

11. The method according to claim 1, wherein allowing user to search, select and/or subscribe one or more services and/or service associate contents based on one or more criteria.

The method according to claim 11, wherein searching comprises of presenting a list of searched service providers with accessible service metadata and parameters including service provider profile link, service profile link, service provider name, service name, service description, service rank, grade, namespace, hits statistics, payment terms, metadata, date and time, language, location, domain, associated taxonomy or categories, keywords, service subscribers'"'"' reviews and comments, service type including public, private, verified, paid, availability status including online, offline, away, timings and service usage details.

The method according to claim 1, wherein service provider can dynamically manage, add, edit, remove, upload, upgrade, search, select one or more services, service specific dynamic input system, presentations system, dynamic active links and associate objects, applications, services, widgets, multimedia data, web pages, profile objects, networks, groups, service specific dynamic application features, service specific subscribers, subscriptions, connections, privacy settings, customization settings, preferences, prospective publication contents and templates, metadata, shared profile and publisher data, rules and conditions and advertisements.

The method according to claim 1, wherein subscriber of service(s) can dynamically manage and access and receive service specific service contents and responses based on selected service specific dynamic presentation system, input system and related active links and associate applications, application features, services, widgets, multimedia data, links, metadata, privacy settings, preferences and objects.

The method according to claim 1, wherein determine one or more target service providers for sending service request by service requestor based on selecting services of one or more connected users, connected users of connected users, subscribed services, matched services of verified and expert service providers and searched and selected services from network and services determine by other users including selected, connected and matched users.

The method according to claim 1, wherein said service response associate accessible metadata and applied settings comprising service provider and service profile, URL and ID, response data and time, requestor profile, URL and ID, keywords, categories, response source id, URL and profile(s) including application, device, service, external domains and networks, response associate active links and associate objects and data, privacy settings, preferences.

The method according to claim 1, wherein user can create and update one or more categories lists of identified active links for attaching with service request and response which are controlled by user and exist in social network based on user selection, uploaded by user, search and match, suggested and provided by connected and matched users, suggested list or auto generated by central unit based on user profiles, user data, user activities, recorded user'"'"'s actions, past responses, interest, list of active links, list of active links of connected users, installed applications and provided by 3^rd parties developers, service providers and advertisers based on users privacy settings and preferences.

The method according to claim 1, wherein user can search, select, identify and manually attach or auto attach one or more active links with said service request or response of service request, wherein said one or more attached active links enables service providers to provide one or more responses, communicate, collaborate, answer, share, search, workflow, take one or more actions, transact, e-commerce, create social network and participating activities of service requestor.

The method according to claim 1, wherein said active link comprising one or more applications, application features services, objects, multi AI agents, multimedia data and contents, people, networks, groups, links or URLs, ID, user profiles, profile objects, pages, attachments, informational links, preferences, privacy settings, customization settings, shared workspaces for collaboration from networks and/or from external domains, applications, networks, services and devices with one or more associate data, metadata, namespace or URL.

The method according to claim 1, wherein receiving and processing said service request and response and communications of service request at the central unit comprising storing, updating, indexing, validating and formatting including editing, clarifying, update details, spell checking, language and spam detecting, translating, transcribing, converting to other formats like voice, text, associating priority types including high, normal, low, expiration, date and time, categories, keywords, locations, advertisements, payment information, profile data, URL, dynamically attaching one or more active links and system data and determining one or more receivers of service request and auto matching past responses of service request.

The method according to claim 1, wherein said privacy settings and preferences of receiver of service requests and sender of response comprising receive service requests only from and send responses only to one or more selected and connected users or service requestors or service subscribers, receive service requests and send response as per set date, time and duration range, receive service request related to one or more categories, keywords, location, language, age range, education and qualification, income range.

The method according to claim 1, wherein said privacy settings and preferences of sender of request and receiver of response comprising send service request only to and receive responses only from one or more selected and connected users or service providers, schedule sending service requests and receiving responses.

The method according to claim 1, wherein allow service provider and service subscriber to take one or more actions on each service request, related responses and/or active links wherein said actions comprising attach or detach service provider or service subscriber, active links, group members and forward, transfer, assign, search, match, share, filter, sort, order, group, categories, bookmark, add, update, delete one or more service requests, related each responses and active links, view logs, actions, transactions, events, activities and communications details, report spam, abuse and violation, set tracking status, provide comments and ranks, communicate with requestor or service providers, accessing of active links related each action details and provide user defined or auto recorded action details.

The method according to claim 1, wherein identifying, storing, ranking, processing and presenting said one or more user defined and system generated actions on said each service request, related responses and active links based on monitoring, recording, logging user actions and activities and one or more filters and privacy settings with action date and time, action categories, user provided or auto recorded action related details, action related response and message, one or more action source(s) including people, applications, services, shared workspace, media data or contents, objects, groups, networks, pages, items, links and any action related identified objects from network and/or external domains, attachments, lists, tracking status, further communication details, ratings or ranks, comments and user provided and/or dynamically associated one more active links, services, objects, media data, shared workspaces and applications.

The method according to claim 1, wherein receiving, storing, indexing, processing service requests, related responses, active links and user actions and action associate logged data for making them searchable for other users based on one or more search criteria and/or send to subscribers or connected users of user based on sender and receiver user'"'"'s privacy settings and preferences, wherein action associate said active links enable said one or more receiver users to access said active links and participate with sender user.

The method according to claim 1, wherein service provider of service can take one or more actions on one or more registered services including send response of service requests, attach, detach and remove services and service subscribers, search, match, bookmark, sort, order, filter and categories services, access services and associate active links and data, view and update service profile(s) and metadata, share, forward and refer service links to other connected users of network, invite users and other service providers for subscribing services, invite service providers for service groupings and collaboration, integrate service with 3^rd parties external domains, provide and access services from 3^rd parties external domains, accept invitations from users of networks and allow them to subscribe services, apply privacy settings, conditions, rules, metadata to each service, view service logs and statistics, send payment notifications, set availability status including online, offline, away, timings and manage service contents and active links.

34. The method for dynamically providing and receiving user services in a network(s) environment comprising:

determine one or more target services of service providers by service requestor and/or auto determined by central unit;

sending service request with or without dynamically attaching one or more identified active links by service requestor and/or auto identifying service request, auto attaching active links and auto sending service request to one or more determined target services of service providers by central unit, wherein said active links enables service providers to communicate and collaborate with service requestor, provide response(s) and service(s) to sender, enabling workflow, e-commerce transaction, participate with service requestor'"'"'s one or more activities and access active links;

receiving and processing said service request at the central unit;

presenting said service request to one or more target services or service providers based on one or more preferences;

allow each said services or service providers to send one or more responses for said service request to service requestor with or without attaching one or more active links and/or auto matching response for said service request, auto attaching active links and auto sending response to service requestor by central unit, wherein said active links enables service requestor or receiver of response(s) to communicate and collaborate with service providers, send service request, receive responses and services, enabling workflow, participate with service provider(s), make purchase transaction, e-commerce, view, share and search multimedia data and contents, solve any service request specific solution and access active links;

allow user to take one or more actions on said service request and/or related responses and/or associate active links;

identifying, monitoring, storing, recording, logging said one or more user actions based on one, or more filters and privacy settings with action date and time, action categories, user provided or auto recorded action related details, action related data, responses and communications, one or more action source(s) including people, applications, services, shared workspace, media data or contents, objects, groups, networks, pages, items, links and any action related identified objects from network and/or external domains, attachments, lists, tracking status, further communication details, ratings or ranks, comments and user provided and/or dynamically associated one more active links, services, objects, media data, shared workspaces and applications; and

35. A method for managing unified communications and collaboration for one or more service requests and responses, the method comprising:

receiving from one or more users of a social network a request to initiate a new communication for one or more service requests and/or responses;

initiating a plurality of new communications responsive to the requests;

for each of a plurality of the communications, receiving requests from one or more users of the social network to join the communications;

attaching users to the communications responsive to the requests to join;

receiving service requests, related responses, active links, user actions and communication data from a plurality of the users in connection with one or more of the service requests related communications; and

for each communication, presenting to each member of said communication the plurality of service requests, related responses, active links, user actions and communications, data received for the communication in a tree style or format based on one or more preferences and privacy settings.

36. A system for dynamically providing and receiving user services in a network(s) environment comprising:

one or more service subscribers or service requestors are adapted to dynamically present selected service specific presentation, input system, active links and associate features, objects, applications, services, multimedia data, metadata, privacy settings for sending request, receiving and managing subscribed services, to receive service specific subscribed contents and/or send one or more service request to one or more subscribed services or determined services of service providers for receiving response(s), making transactions, workflow, search results, shared contents, fulfilling tasks, communication, messaging, collaboration, to dynamically present said service specific subscribed contents and/or service request specific responses with service specific active links and associate objects, applications, services, multimedia data, metadata, privacy settings, user actions;

one or more service providers are adapted to register one or more services with service profile(s) or service templates with service profile templates(s), to dynamically present selected service specific presentation, input system, active links and associate features, objects, applications, services, multimedia data, metadata, subscribers of service, privacy settings for sending responses, providing and managing services, to dynamically publish service specific contents and/or dynamically provide services and responses by selecting registered service and/or selected service related selected subscribers and/or selected service specific selected subscribers related selected service request, to dynamically present said service specific published contents and/or service request specific responses with service specific active links and associate objects, applications, services, multimedia data, metadata, privacy settings, user actions; and

the central unit configured to register each user with user profile(s) and enabled user to act as service provider and/or service subscriber, to allow users of network to search, select and subscribe and receive one or more said registered services of service provider(s), to store each registered user'"'"'s subscribers, subscriptions, connections, privacy settings and preferences, subscribed services, registered services with service profile(s), service associate active links and associate objects and data, user contents.

The system according to claim 36, wherein service providers and/or service subscriber comprises of users of social network, connected users of user, sponsored, paid and experts service providers, verified users, automated service provider and/or service subscriber, digital sources, applications, devices, networks, services, groups, individual, organization, companies, brands, enterprise users and web sites.
