Abstract

A system for transmission, reception and accumulation of the knowledge packets to plurality of channel nodes in the network operating distributedly in a peer to peer environment via installable one or more role active Human Operating System (HOS) applications in a digital devise of each of channel node, a network controller registering and providing desired HOS applications and multiple developers developing advance communication and knowledge management applications and each of subscribers exploiting the said network resources by leveraging and augmenting taxonomically and ontologically classified knowledge classes expressed via plurality search macros and UKID structures facilitating said expert human agents for knowledge invocation and support services and service providers providing information services in the preidentified taxonomical classes, wherein each of channel nodes communicating with the unknown via domain specific supernodes each facilitating social networking and relationships development leading to human grid which is searchable via Universal Desktop Search by black box search module.

Claims

1. A method for generating and updating information of connections between and among nodes of social network, the method comprising:

maintaining in a database a plurality of nodes of social network;

maintaining in a database a plurality of connections in the social network, where each connection represents a connection between two or more nodes in the social network;

maintaining in a database information about one or more of the connections;

providing an interface for users of the social network to facilitating plurality of user'"'"'s activities and actions including upload and install or attach applications, provide or subscribe services, share contents, creates and join groups or networks, create relationships or connections with other users, communicate with other users including direct and indirect connections;

receiving via the interface updates from a user of the social network, the updates including the one or more user provided, shared and referred and auto identified links or namespace of nodes affected based on user'"'"'s one or more said actions or activities in a user interface; and

dynamically auto updates in a database information of the connection between the node of the user and the user provided, selected and referred with shared content and auto identified node affected based on user'"'"'s each said actions or activities, wherein the stored information is based at least in part on the user actions, activities, transactions, relationships, grouping, communication, shared content.

The method according to claim 1, wherein nodes comprising users of the social network, an entity, application providers, applications, utilities, tools, service providers, services, media data or content item including text, video, audio, image, file and groups, networks, objects, workspaces, web services, lists, profiles, links, identities, sources, pages, multi AI agents, people, names, brands, messages, notifications, databases, email addresses, commands, advertisements, publications, surveys, search macros, auto generated journal feed items, user activities, actions, events and transactions, search queries and any URLs or namespaces form network and framework or from one or more connected external domains, applications, networks and services.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the information about the plurality of connections comprises dynamic relationships and metadata of connection, rank, weight, details and who, what, where, when, how, why, whom about connections comprising which user install which application from which application provider, which user create or who joins which group and who are members of group, who share what contents with whom, who install which list of applications, who subscribe which one or more services from which service providers, who response what to whom, which user share content with one or more links of nodes from related nodes with which connected or matched users.

4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the connections comprise direct and indirect connections.

5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the connection between the user and the node did not previously exist, further comprising:

generating a connection between the user and the node in the maintained database of the plurality of connections in the social network; and

generating information about the connection in the maintained database of information about the one or more connections, the generated information comprising the updated information.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the interface facilitating user'"'"'s one or more activities, actions, events and transactions comprising upload and search, install, attach and detach one or more applications, provide and consume one or more services, creates and join groups or networks, create relationships or connections with other users, communicate with other users including direct and indirect connections, e-commerce of one or more branded products and services, search one or more contents, provide response to other users, share publish one or more contents with auto identified or user selected links or source of nodes.

7. The method according to claim 1, wherein the auto identified and user provided, identified, selected and referenced node is mapped by the social network from several nodes on the social network.

8. The method according to claim 7, wherein said user provided, identified, selected and referenced node based on displaying in the interface a list of selectable nodes;

receiving a selection of a node from the list of selectable nodes; and

displaying in the interface a link to the selected node.

9. The method according to claim 8, wherein the list of selectable nodes comprises connections from a social network of connected nodes, the connections identifying nodes of the social network connected to the user.

10. The method according to claim 8, wherein the link or namespace comprises a one or more taxonomies, classifications, ontology, name, metadata and details of the node.

11. The method according to claim 8, wherein the list of selectable connections comprise direct and indirect connections.

12. The method according to claim 1, wherein updating the interface of user and one or more related or connected user nodes based on generating a connection between the user and the node and generating updated information about the connection.

The method according to claim 1, wherein user or node can take one or more actions on one or more nodes including search and match, filter, sort, categories, bookmark, select, attach, detach, subscribe, publish, access node and node related data and connections, identify, refer, connect, invoke, assign rank, navigate, share, invite, synchronize, apply privacy settings, communicate with nodes, create or join social network or groups of nodes, provide comments or reviews, view hit statistics, view mapping of node with other nodes, view link of node or namespace and associate one or more taxonomies, classification or categories, properties, ontology and metadata which provides updated information about node and connection of user with node.

14. A method of auto identifying or identified by user a node in a social network, the method comprising:

maintaining information in a database about connected nodes, the information comprising data about the nodes and connections between the nodes;

receiving any updates from a user of the social network based on one or more user activates or actions via user interface, the updates comprising auto identified or user selected, provided and referred nodes from the collection of connected nodes in the social network, wherein the candidate nodes are identified by matching the identifier to the information maintained about the candidate nodes;

auto selecting or providing selectable links corresponding to the candidate nodes;

receiving a selection of a link, the selected link identifying a selected node from the candidate nodes;

storing the maintained information in the database about the auto identified or user selected node and the connection with the user, wherein the stored information is based at least in part on the user'"'"'s one or more activities and actions.

15. The method according to claim 14, wherein the connection between the user and the auto identified or user selected node did not previously exist, further comprising:

generating a connection between the user and the auto identified or user selected node in the database of maintained information about the connected nodes;

generating information about the connection in the database of maintained information about the connected nodes, the generated information comprising the stored information.

16. A system for generating and updating information of connections between and among nodes of social network, comprising:

a node data store configured to maintain a plurality of nodes of a social network;

a connection data store configured to maintain a plurality of connections in the social network, each connection representing a connection between two or more nodes in the social network, the connection data store further configured to maintain information about one or more of the connections;

a server configured to provide an interface for users of the social network to facilitate plurality of user'"'"'s activities and actions including upload and install or attach applications, provide or subscribe services, share contents, creates and join groups or networks, create relationships or connections with other users, communicate with other users including direct and indirect connections, to receive via the interface updates from a user of the social network, the updates including the one or more user provided, shared and referred and auto identified links or namespace of nodes affected based on user'"'"'s one or more said actions or activities in a user interface and to store in a database information of the connection between the node of the user and the user provided, selected and referred with shared content and auto identified node affected based on user'"'"'s each said actions or activities, wherein the stored information is based at least in part on the user actions, activities, transactions, relationships, grouping, communication, shared content.

The system according to claim 16, wherein nodes comprising users of the social network, an entity, application providers, applications, utilities, tools, service providers, services, media data or content item including text, video, audio, image, file and groups, networks, objects, workspaces, web services, lists, profiles, links, identities, sources, pages, multi AI agents, people, names, brands, messages, notifications, databases, email addresses, commands, advertisements, publications, surveys, search macros, auto generated journal feed items, user activities, actions, events and transactions, search queries and any URLs or namespaces form network and framework or from one or more connected external domains, applications, networks and services.

The system according to claim 16, wherein the information about the plurality of connections comprises dynamic relationships and metadata of connection, rank, weight, details and who, what, where, when, how, why, whom about connections comprising which user install which application from which application provider, which user create or who joins which group and who are members of group, who share what contents with whom, who install which list of applications, who subscribe which one or more services from which service providers, who response what to whom, which user share content with one or more links of nodes from related nodes with which connected or matched users.

19. The system according to claim 16, wherein the connections comprise direct and indirect connections.

20. The system according to claim 16, wherein the connection between the user and the node did not previously exist, further comprising:

generating a connection between the user and the node in the maintained database of the plurality of connections in the social network; and

generating information about the connection in the maintained database of information about the one or more connections, the generated information comprising the updated information.

The system according to claim 16, wherein provide the interface to user to facilitate user'"'"'s one or more activities, actions, events and transactions comprising upload and search, install, attach and detach one or more applications, provide and consume one or more services, creates and join groups or networks, create relationships or connections with other users, communicate with other users including direct and indirect connections, e-commerce of one or more branded products and services, search one or more contents, provide response to other users, share publish one or more contents with auto identified or user selected links or source of nodes.

22. The system according to claim 16, wherein the auto identified and user provided, identified, selected and referenced node is mapped by the social network from several nodes on the social network.

23. The system according to claim 22, wherein said user provided, identified, selected and referenced node based on displaying in the interface a list of selectable nodes;

receiving a selection of a node from the list of selectable nodes; and

displaying in the interface a link to the selected node.

24. The system according to claim 23, wherein the list of selectable nodes comprises connections from a social network of connected nodes, the connections identifying nodes of the social network connected to the user.

25. The system according to claim 23, wherein the link or namespace comprises a one or more taxonomies, classifications, ontology, name, metadata and details of the node.

26. The system according to claim 23, wherein the list of selectable connections comprise direct and indirect connections.

27. The system according to claim 16, wherein updating the interface of user and one or more related or connected user nodes based on generating a connection between the user and the node and generating updated information about the connection.

The system according to claim 16, wherein user or node is configure to take one or more actions on one or more nodes including search and match, filter, sort, categories, bookmark, select, attach, detach, subscribe, publish, access node and node related data and connections, identify, refer, connect, invoke, assign rank, navigate, share, invite, synchronize, apply privacy settings, communicate with nodes, create or join social network or groups of nodes, provide comments or reviews, view hit statistics, view mapping of node with other nodes, view link of node or namespace and associate one or more taxonomies, classification or categories, properties, ontology and metadata which provides updated information about node and connection of user with node.
