Abstract
The present invention relates to an implant intended to replace or reinforce defective orthopaedic tissue, such as a tendon or ligament, comprising: a bioresorbable porous matrix based on a collagen sponge; a porous three-dimensional knit having a longitudinal direction, characterized in that: said porous matrix fills said three-dimensional knit said three-dimensional knit having two opposite faces, a front face and a rear face, connected to one another by a spacer, at least one of said front and rear faces has at least one weave of pillar stitch type in the longitudinal direction of said knit.
