Embodiments of the present invention disclose a multi-camera system for a display system. According to one embodiment, the display system includes a display panel configured to display images on a front side, and at least three three-dimensional optical sensors arranged around the perimeter of the display panel. Furthermore, each three-dimensional optical sensor is configured to capture measurement data of an object from a perspective different than the perspective of the other optical sensors.
