said first fibrous material being capable of colonisation by skin fibroblasts, thereby promoting the repair/regeneration of the dermis; and
;(ii) placing a second fibrous material above the first fibrous material, wherein the second fibrous material comprises pores having a diameter of between about 50 nm and 20 μ
