Abstract

Dental implant that in the event of external pressure is able to absorb said multidirectional pressure, being provided for this purpose with a main body that comprises a hollow screw inside which there is a lower end join, a lower elastic join, an intermediate nut with internal threading and a hexagonal exterior, an internal movement-limiting screw, an upper elastic join, a “T”-shaped upper closing part, with a hexagonal head and a threaded interior, where the arrangement and nature of said parts enables not only the dismantling of all of the parts for revision, but also an increase in its strength in response to external forces through its capacity for axial and/or coronal movement, which helps to increase the lifespan of the implant.

Claims

1. Dental implant with axial and/or coronal displacement consisting of a main body consisting of a hollow screw wherein the following pieces are arranged from the bottom of the implant to the top.

A lower end joint (2)

A lower elastic Joint (3)

An intermediate nut threaded inside (4) and hexagonal outside.

An internal screw (5) limiting the movement of the nut (4).

An upper elastic Joint (6)

An upper closing part (7)

2. Dental implant with axial and/or coronal displacement according to claim 1, wherein the hollow screw (1) has a generally cylindrical configuration, modified at its ends so that at the lower end it has a pointed form with a series of cuts or slots (8), in the middle a cylindrical exterior threaded area (9), wide cut with a fine thread and long barrel. The top of the hollow screw (1) has a general configuration as an inverted truncated cone on the outside and has a threaded portion (10), finer cut, shorter and with smaller thread.

Dental implant with axial and/or coronal displacement according to claim 2, wherein in the interior of the hollow screw (1) three areas are distinguished, a lower zone (11) where an end joint is housed (2), after which, moving up, there is an intermediate zone (12) which presents hexagonal walls that serve to lock the nut adapter (4) and finally in the upper part inside the hollow screw (1) there is an upper (13) threaded wall.

4. Dental implant with axial and/or coronal displacement according to claim 1, wherein the top joint (2) having a generally cylindrical configuration which is tapered at the bottom, presents a cylindrical inner housing (14).

5. Dental implant with axial and/or coronal displacement according to claim 1, wherein the nut (4), has on its underside a lug (15), featuring an interior threaded area (17), while its outside walls have a hexagonal shape, fitting into the intermediate zone (12) of the hollow screw (1).

6. Dental implant with axial and/or coronal displacement according to claim 5, wherein the lower lug (15) is of a smaller section than the rest of the body, so that the scaling defined between the two parts defines a recess (16) for housing the lower elastic joint (3).

Dental implant with axial and/or coronal displacement according to claim 1, wherein the internal screw (5) limiting the movement of the nut (4), presents a generally hollow cylindrical configuration in which we can distinguish a smooth cylindrical bottom (18) whose underside makes contact with the top of the nut (4) and through the surface contact of both the pressure is transmitted from the screw (5) to the nut (4);

after that smooth cylindrical part (18) there is an upper cylindrical threaded part (19) the outside of which screws into the inside thread of the threaded area of the hollow screw (1).

8. Dental implant with axial and/or coronal displacement according to claim 7, wherein the screw (5), has on its head a hexagonal inner cavity (20) on which a key (28) can act.

9. Dental implant with axial and/or coronal displacement according to claim 1, wherein the closing piece (7) has a general configuration in a “

T”

, and generally cylindrical section, presenting at its lower end a threaded portion (21) which screws into the threaded interior (17) of the nut (4), this threaded portion (21) is followed by a shank, where both pass through the screw (5) limiting the movement of the nut (4), while at the top the closing piece (7) has a closing head (22) having a width greater than the rest of the barrel, and the bottom surface of said head end (22) defines a recess ring (24) for accommodating the upper seal (6).

Dental implant with axial and/or coronal displacement according to claim 9, wherein on the head end (22) of the closing piece (7) there emerges an area that has a hexagonal outer surface (23) for closing and tightening the closing piece (7), while focusing on the central projection is a hollow interior thread (25) where the crowns are threaded accordingly.

11. Dental implant with axial and/or coronal displacement according to claim 9, wherein the upper gasket (6) not only remains in the recess (24) is on the underside of the head (22) of the closing piece (7) but also in the annular recess (26) that is on the top of the hollow screw (1).

12. Dental implant with axial and/or coronal displacement according to claim 6 wherein the inner gasket (3) has its areas of expansion (27), with the recess (16).

13. Dental implant with axial and/or coronal displacement according to claim 9 wherein the upper gasket (6) has its areas of expansion outside.

14. Procedure for mounting dental implant with axial and/or coronal displacement characterized as previously claimed, to comprise the following steps:

Fixing of a hollow screw to the maxilla through the two outer parts of the threaded surface provided.

Inserting of a lower end joint

Provision of a lower elastic joint.

Fixing of inside nut with internal thread.

Introduction of an internal screw limiting the movement of the internally threaded nut placed inside immediately below the internal screw.

Introduction of a closing body, which is already fitted with the upper elastic closing joint,

Screwing of the lower end of the closing body into the threaded interior of the internal nut.
