1. A method to convert spontaneous, subjective responses of network respondents into statistical opinion data, comprising:
- a computer communications network comprising at least one uniform resource identifier comprising at least one subject, and at least one respondent able to input at least one subjective response regarding at least one said subject;
at least one computer controlled survey form delivered to said respondent requesting to respond to said subject, wherein said survey form comprises at least one fixed vocabulary question answered using an answer mechanism to select a response from one or more answer choices, and a function allowing said respondent to save changes to said survey form;
said survey form further comprising;
generalized phrasing of said fixed vocabulary question enabling relation to any said subject, said answer choices each comprising one pair of antonyms, each said antonym consisting of a word of definite character naming an unambiguous human value, belief, opinion, feeling, emotion, or judgment, and said answer mechanism is utilized to indicate one said antonym as said response, wherein more than one said answer choice may be responded to by said respondent per said survey;
conversion of said subjective responses into mathematical values, comprising;
said antonym pair further comprising the assignment of mathematical value negative X to one said antonym and the assignment of mathematical value positive X to the opposing antonym, said answer mechanism providing for scaled indication of said response anywhere within the continuum between said mathematical values, at least one said indication and utilization of said function to save changes to said survey form creating a converted response comprising at least one mathematical value associated with one said antonym relating to one said subject, wherein no use of said answer mechanism results in a value of 0 assigned to all said antonyms and does not produce a converted response; and
at least one information processing system to deliver said survey form to said respondent, receive said converted response data, and assign identifiers to elements involved in said converted response for conductivity to database processing and delivery of outputs, said outputs comprising statistical opinion data regarding said subjects on said network.

Abstract
Embodiments of the present invention address deficiencies of the art in respect to Internet resource metadata creation and utility and provide a method, system and computer program product for the transformation of articles creating subjective metadata utilized for discovery into articles creating mathematical data that is inherently dynamic, global, composed of auditable elements, conducive to relational cross-reference, and utilized to produce statistical opinion data.

14. A method to convert subjective metadata into statistical opinion data, comprising:
- a computer application accessed by user desiring to respond to a web resource;
said application displays a survey form comprising;
a drop down menu listing types of web resources, one generic question applicable to each said web resource type, a plurality of answer choices, a graphical slider mechanism, at least one text entry field for subjective tags and comments to be entered by said user, and a function allowing said user to save said survey changes;
said user selects a web resource type from said drop down menu listing web resource types;
said generic question associated with selected web resource type is displayed in said survey form;
said plurality of answer choices are presented in a drop down menu and selected singularly by said user;
said singular answer choice is comprised of two words, each the antonym of the other, wherein one antonym is assigned a value of negative 10.00 and its pairing antonym is assigned a value of positive 10.00;
said question is answered by said user movement of said graphical slider towards one said antonym, wherein said slider movement displays a value in scaled negative or positive increments of 0.01 within the continuum between said values to capture a precise score for the antonym selected by said user in response to said question;
each said antonym consisting of a word of definite character naming an unambiguous human value, belief, opinion, feeling, emotion, or judgment;
said user movement of said slider to select one said antonym from at least one answer choice from said plurality and said user implementation of said function to save said survey changes creates an opinion, wherein said opinion is comprised of at least one said precise score associated with at least one said antonym, one said web resource type, and one said web resource;
at least one said opinion must be created before said user is allowed to utilize said text entry field to tag or comment upon said web resource and before said user is allowed to bookmark or share said web resource; and
