METHOD AND APPARATUS OF CONTROLLING TRANSMISSION POWER
First Claim
1. A method of transmitting signals from a transmitter of a wireless communication system, the method comprising:
- determining each transmission power of a first signal and a second signal;
if the difference Y in transmission power between the first signal and the second signal exceeds a predetermined value X, adjusting at least one of the transmission powers of the first signal or the second signal so as not to allow the difference in adjusted transmission power to exceed the predetermined value; and
simultaneously transmitting the first signal and the second signal to a receiver using the adjusted transmission power.

Abstract
A method of transmitting signals from a transmitter of a wireless communication system comprises determining each transmission power of a first signal and a second signal; if the difference Y in transmission power between the first signal and the second signal exceeds a predetermined value X, adjusting at least one of the transmission powers of the first signal or the second signal so as not to allow the difference in adjusted transmission power to exceed the predetermined value; and simultaneously transmitting the first signal and the second signal to a receiver using the adjusted transmission power.

8. A user equipment of a wireless communication system comprising:
-
a radio frequency (RF) unit configured to transmit and receive a radio signal to and from a base station; a memory storing information transmitted to and received from the base station and parameters required for an operation of the user equipment; and a processor connected with the RF unit and the memory, controlling the RF unit and the memory for the operation of the user equipment, wherein the processor performs a method of transmitting a signal, the method including; determining each transmission power of a first signal and a second signal; if the difference Y in transmission power between the first signal and the second signal exceeds a predetermined value X, adjusting at least one of the transmission powers of the first signal or the second signal so as not to allow the difference in adjusted transmission power to exceed the predetermined value; and simultaneously transmitting the first signal and the second signal to the base station using the adjusted transmission power. - View Dependent Claims (9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14)
