Abstract
A multiple input multiple output (MIMO) signal is retransmitted using a single input single output (SISO) repeater, which includes Rayleigh channel simulators associated with each separate MIMO channel. Before being combined and transmitted over a single channel, the transmission undergoes simulated Rayleigh fading. The signal is then retransmitted to be received by a MIMO-equipped receiver.
