1. A computer implemented method for generating career progression information for a user participating in one or more activities in a processing device, the method comprising:
- providing one or more activities for a user in a processing device, wherein the activities comprise at least one of both one or more game activities and one or more non-game activities;
tracking user progress in one or more of the game activities and the non-game activities;
determining one or more achievement scores for the user based on the one or more game activities and the one or more non-game activities;
aggregating the one or more achievement scores across one or more of the game activities and the non-game activities to generate an aggregated career score for the user; and
generating career progression information for the user, based on the aggregated career score.

The activities include game activities and non-game activities. Achievement scores for the user based on the game activities and the non-game activities are determined The achievement scores are aggregated across the game activities and the non-game activities to generate an aggregated career score for the user. Career progression information is generated for the user, based on the aggregated career score.
