a power supply coupled to the housing;
a microcontroller placed within the housing, the microcontroller storing an unlock code;
a first input means coupled to the housing, the first input means configured to enable the microcontroller to receive an input signal; and
a second input means coupled to the housing, the second input means configured to transmit the input signal to the microcontroller,wherein the microcontroller is configured to initially activate the laser diode when the input signal is equal to the unlock code.
