1. A system comprising:

  • a first device comprising a first electrical connector exposed at a first surface, wherein the first surface is contoured to form one or more recesses, each of which has a lip; and

    a second device comprising a second electrical connector exposed at a second surface, wherein the second surface is contoured to define one or more gripping elements, each of which fits into one of the recesses to grip one of the lips when the first and second electrical connectors are connected together;

    wherein the first device further comprises a movable element that can be positioned such that when the one or more gripping elements are in the one or more recesses and gripping the one or more lips, the movable element physically obstructs the gripping elements from being moved out of the recesses or away from the lips, andwherein the first electrical connector comprises a first set of electrically conductive prongs configured so that the electrically conductive prongs can be plugged directly into a standard electrical wall outlet.
