- establishing a plurality of available channels using a channel controller;
establishing a quality of service for each of the plurality of available channels using the channel controller;
selecting one of the plurality of available channels using the channel controller, the quality of service of the selected channel not less than the quality of service of another channel within the plurality of available channels; and
communicating a type of data using the selected channel.

The method then communicates a type of data using the selected channel.
