The system comprises a series of computer-based tools implementing a process of creating a CIS to identify areas of child well-being that could be affected by the proposal. The system further comprises a database containing information collected and compiled into graphs, maps, charts, tables, and other forms, to allow users to create and compare evidence relating to the proposal in question.
