Abstract

A cloud computing system is provided to support a consumer for programming a smart phone/touch pad. Set of accessory members is provided to enable said consumer to build and program a consumer designed article that comprises said consumer programmed smart phone/touch pad.

Claims

1. A retail building kit configured for a non-professional consumer to design, build and program a consumer designed article comprising:

a controller unit having a controller housing and a microprocessor;

said controller unit further comprises a communication connector for said controller unit to interface with a standardized communication connector of a first cell phone/touch pad;

wherein said controller unit is further configured to be compatible for interfacing one or more accessory member separated from said controller unit,

wherein said accessory member further comprises at least one of the following elements;

(a) motion transducer;

(b) position sensor;

(c) analog signal provider;

(d) digital signal provider;

(e) light transducer;

(f) optical sensor or camera image sensor;

(g) sound transducer;

(h) sound sensor;

(i) memory;

(j) dialing circuit;

(k) modem circuit or wired data communication circuit; and

(l) wi-fi or wireless data communication circuit

wherein said retail building kit is further configured to be supported by a consumer programming software compatible with said first cell phone/touch pad;

wherein said consumer programming software further comprises a programming instruction designed for said controller unit to control said accessory member.

2. The retail building kit of claim 1 wherein said controller unit is packaged with at least one accessory member.

3. The retail building kit of claim 1 wherein said consumer programming software further comprises an instruction configured for said controller unit to control any of the following functions:

(a) to answer or dial said cell phone/touch pad;

(b) to transmit or receive data through said cell phone/touch pad;

(c) to transmit or receive data representing audio signal through said cell phone/touch pad;

(d) to transmit or receive data representing visual image or video through said cell phone/touch pad;

(e) to interact with program provided by said developer programming software;

(f) to connect with a remote computing device through said cell phone/touch pad.

4. The retail building kit of claim 3 wherein said consumer programming software comprises instructions enabling said non-professional consumer to program said first cell phone/touch pad and a second cell phone/touch pad;

and for said second cell phone/touch pad to control the operation or interaction of said first cell phone/touch pad with any of said accessory member, when said first cell phone/touch pad is connected with said second cell phone/touch pad through a cell phone network.

5. The retail building kit of claim 1 wherein said cell phone/touch pad is a proprietary cell phone/touch pad.

6. The retail building kit of claim 1 wherein said consumer programming software is represented by, or derived from an easy programming software, which is defined to comprise the following programming steps:

(a) defining m inputs for a computing device to receive data, triggers or signals, wherein m is an integer equal or greater than one;

(b) defining n outputs for said computing device to transmit data, triggers or signals, wherein n is an integer equal or greater than one;

(c) specifying x configuration state, wherein each configuration state defines the configuration of at least one input and/or one output and x is an integer equal or greater than one;

(d) specifying y events to be executed by said computing device, wherein y is an integer equal or greater than one;

(e) specifying an event to be executed when the signal, trigger or data received by an input satisfied a predefined qualifying condition and

(f) enabling an event to switch from a current configuration state to another configuration state.

7. The retail building kit of claim 6 further comprising a programming step of:

(g) providing at least one instruction for said easy programming software to control the operation of a smart phone/touch pad.

8. A consumer programmable system comprises:

a first cell phone/touch pad;

a first compiler configured for a developer to compile a first developer application program for working with said first cell phone/touch pad;

a second compiler configured to compile a second consumer application program for said first cell phone/touch pad;

wherein said second consumer application program is written by a non-professional consumer for operating a system design by said non-professional consumer.

9. The consumer programmable system of claim 8 further comprising one or more accessory member separated from said cell phone/touch pad, wherein each accessory member comprises at least one of the following element:

(a) motion transducer;

(b) position sensor;

(c) analog signal provider;

(d) digital signal provider;

(e) light transducer;

(f) optical sensor or camera image sensor;

(g) sound transducer;

(h) sound sensor;

(i) memory;

(j) dialing circuit;

(k) modem circuit or wired data communication circuit; and

(l) wi-fi or wireless data communication circuit

10. The consumer programmable system of claim 9 wherein said second compilers is configured for a non-professional consumer to design said consumer programmable system with selection of said accessory members.

11. The consumer programmable system of claim 9 wherein said cell phone/touch pad and at least one of said accessory member are packaged for providing a retail building kit.

12. The consumer programmable system of claim 11 wherein said cell phone/touch pad is a proprietary cell phone/touch pad.

13. The retail building kit of claim 9 further comprising instructions enabling said consumer to program said first cell phone/touch pad and a second cell phone/touch pad;

and for said second cell phone/touch pad to control the operation of said first cell phone/touch pad with any of said elements, when said first cell phone/touch pad is connected with said second cell phone/touch pad through a cell phone network.

14. The consumer programmable system of claim 8 wherein at least one of said first compiler or said second compiler is configured to compile a program or codes representing or derived from an easy programming software, which is defined to comprise the following programming steps:

(a) defining m inputs for a computing device to receive data, triggers or signals, wherein m is an integer equal or greater than one;

(b) defining n outputs for said computing device to transmit data, triggers or signals, wherein n is an integer equal or greater than one;

(c) specifying x configuration state, wherein each configuration state defines the configuration of at least one input and/or one output and x is an integer equal or greater than one;

(d) specifying y events to be executed by said computing device, wherein y is an integer equal or greater than one;

(e) specifying an event to be executed when the signal, trigger or data received by an input satisfied a predefined qualifying condition and

(f) enabling an event to switch from a current configuration state to another configuration state.

15. A retail building kit configured for a user to design, build and program an article comprises:

a decoder unit comprising a communication connector for said decoder unit to interface with a standardized communication connector of a first smart phone/touch pad;

wherein said decoder unit is further configured for interfacing with one or more accessory member separated from said decoder unit,

wherein each accessory member further comprises at least one of the following elements;

(a) motion transducer;

(b) position sensor;

(c) analog signal provider;

(d) digital signal provider;

(e) light transducer;

(f) optical sensor or camera image sensor;

(g) sound transducer;

(h) sound sensor;

(i) memory;

(j) dialing circuit;

(k) modem circuit or wired data communication circuit; and

(l) wi-fi or wireless data communication circuit

wherein said retail building kit is further configured to be supported by a consumer programming software compatible with said first smart phone/touch pad;

wherein said consumer programming software further comprises a programming instruction specific for controlling an accessory member and for enabling said user to program the interaction of said first smart phone/touch pad with said accessory member.

16. The retail building kit of claim 15 wherein said decoder unit is packaged with a selection of said elements for a consumer to design and program a consumer designed system.

17. The retail building kit of claim 15 wherein said decoder unit is packaged with said first smart phone/touch pad for a consumer to design and program a consumer designed system.

18. The retail building kit of claim 17 wherein said first cell phone/touch pad is a proprietary cell phone/touch pad.

19. The retail building kit of claim 15 wherein said consumer programmable software is configured to process a program or codes representing or derived from an easy programming software, which is defined to comprise the following programming steps:

(a) defining m inputs for a computing device to receive data, triggers or signals, wherein m is an integer equal or greater than one;

(b) defining n outputs for said computing device to transmit data, triggers or signals, wherein n is an integer equal or greater than one;

(c) specify x configuration state, wherein each configuration state defines the configuration of at least one input and/or one output and x is an integer equal or greater than one;

(d) specify y events to be executed by said computing device, wherein y is an integer equal or greater than one;

(e) specify an event to be executed when the signal, trigger or data received by an input satisfied a predefined qualifying condition and

(f) enable an event to switch from a current configuration state to another configuration state.

20. The retail building kit of claim 15 wherein said consumer programming software comprises instructions enabling said consumer to program said first cell phone/touch pad and a second cell phone/touch pad;

and for said second cell phone/touch pad to control the operation of said first cell phone/touch pad with any of said elements, when said first cell phone/touch pad is connected with said second cell phone/touch pad through a cell phone network.
