Abstract
A probe for gas analysis is provided in a pipe through which sample gas flows. The probe includes a tubular member and one or more sample gas inflow portions. The tubular member is disposed to cross a flow of the sample gas, and includes a measurement field to which the sample gas is introduced. The one or more sample gas inflow portions are provided in the tubular member. The sample gas flows around, and flows into the measurement field through the one or more sample gas inflow portions.

12. An optical analyzer comprising:
-
a measuring device including a light source configured to emit measuring light, a light detecting unit configured to detect light, and a control device configured to control the light source and the light detecting unit; and an analysis unit including a probe having a tubular member including a measurement field and at least one sample gas inflow portion positioned so that sample gas flows around the tubular member through the at least one sample gas inflow portion to the measurement field, and a light guiding tube configured to guide the measuring light from the light source to the probe for gas analysis.

13. A gas analysis probe configured to be provided in a pipe through which sample gas flows, comprising:
-
a tubular member disposed to cross a flow of the sample gas, the tubular member including a measurement field to which the sample gas is introduced, a wall on an upstream side with respect to a direction of flow of the sample gas arranged to block an inflow of the sample gas, and a sample gas inflow portion on a downstream side of the tubular member with respect to the direction of flow of the sample gas, the tubular member having elongate or linear shape with a symmetry axis along its extension defining a longitudinal direction, wherein the sample gas inflow portion includes a plurality of apertures formed along an entire length of the tubular member through which the sample gas flowing around the tubular member changes direction and flows into the measurement field. - View Dependent Claims (14, 15)
