1. A radio communication system, comprising:

  • a base station device; and

    a mobile station device, whereinthe mobile station device transmits to the base station device a random access preamble and performs uplink timing alignment based on timing deviation information included in a random access response from the base station device, which the base station device transmits in response to the transmitted random access preamble, andthe base station device receives the random access preamble from the mobile station device and transmits the random access response including the timing deviation information calculated based on reception timing of the random access preamble,wherein, in an uplink synchronous status, upon reception of the random access response including the timing deviation information transmitted from the base station device in response to the random access preamble whose preamble ID is randomly selected by the mobile station device, the mobile station device ignores the timing deviation information;

    otherwise, upon reception of the timing deviation information the mobile station device performs the uplink timing alignment based on the timing deviation information.
