The user of such is able to efficiently store and retrieve a combination of information for a relationship from CRM as well as from ECM, avoiding human error and providing data centralization. Users may store and retrieve content from both internal document repositories within an ECM system as well as external document repositories in the user'"'"'s system. The major features consist of the ease of use and data consistency, plus the leverages of CRM as the centralization of data.
