Abstract

An online system for scheduling tablet dosage is described. The system comprises a server accessible via a network by at least one client. An application is hosted on the server. The application comprises a user interface configured to receive a designation of a tablet to be ordered. The user interface is further configured to display a scheduling matrix comprising a plurality of cells. Each cell of the matrix is configured to receive a tablet quantity designation. The application is further configured to generate a dosing schedule based on the tablet quantities entered into the scheduling matrix.

Claims

1. An online system for scheduling tablet dosage, the system comprising:

a. a server accessible via a network by at least one client;

b. an application hosted on the server, the application comprising a user interface, the user interface configured to;

i. receive a designation of a tablet to be ordered;

ii. display a scheduling matrix, the scheduling matrix comprising a

c. plurality of cells, each cell configured to receive a tablet quantity designation;

d. and

i. generate a dosing schedule based on the tablet quantities entered into the scheduling matrix.

2. The system of claim 1, wherein a dosing period is associated with the dosing schedule.

3. The system of claim 2, wherein each column of the displayed scheduling matrix comprises a header indicating a day of the week.

4. The system of claim 3, further comprising a filling system, wherein the server transmits an order comprising the dosing schedule generated by the application to the filling system via the network.

5. The system of claim 4, wherein the filling system dispenses the tablets into pouches in accordance with the dosing schedule, each pouch associated with a dosing period.

6. The system of claim 5, wherein each pouch is labeled with a day of the week in accordance with the dosing schedule.

7. The system of claim 5, wherein each pouch is labeled with a dosing period in accordance with the dosing schedule.

8. An online system for scheduling tablet dosage, the system comprising:

a. a server accessible via a network by at least one client; and

a means for;

i. receiving a designation of a tablet to be ordered;

ii. displaying a scheduling matrix, the scheduling matrix comprising a

b. plurality of cells, each cell configured to receive a tablet quantity designation;

c. and

i. generating a dosing schedule based on the tablet quantities entered into the scheduling matrix.

9. The system of claim 8, wherein a dosing period is associated with the dosing schedule.

10. The system of claim 9, wherein each column of the displayed scheduling matrix comprises a header indicating a day of the week.

11. The system of claim 10, further comprising a filling system, wherein the server transmits an order comprising the dosing schedule generated by the application to the filling system via the network.

12. The system of claim 11, wherein the filling system dispenses the tablets into pouches in accordance with the dosing schedule, each pouch associated with a dosing period.

13. The system of claim 12, wherein each pouch is labeled with a day of the week in accordance with the dosing schedule.

14. The system of claim 12, wherein each pouch is labeled with a dosing period in accordance with the dosing schedule.

15. A method for scheduling tablet dosage, the method comprising:

a. receiving a designation of a tablet to be scheduled with a user interface of an application, the application hosted on a server, the application accessible via a network by at least one client;

b. displaying a scheduling matrix in the user interface, the scheduling matrix comprising a plurality of cells, each cell configured to receive a tablet quantity designation; and

c. generating a dosing schedule with the application based on data entered into the scheduling matrix.

16. The method of claim 15, further comprising associating a dosing period with the dosing schedule.

17. The method of claim 16, wherein each column of the displayed scheduling matrix comprises a header indicating a day of the week.

18. The method of claim 17, further comprising transmitting the dosing schedule to a filling system via a network.

19. The method of claim 18, further comprising dispensing tablets into pouches with the filling system in accordance with the dosing schedule, each pouch associated with a dosing period.

20. The method of claim 19, further comprising labeling each pouch with a day of the week in accordance with the dosing schedule.

21. The method of claim 19, further comprising labeling each pouch with a dosing period in accordance with the dosing schedule.
