13. A computer program product encoded in a non-transitory computer readable medium and useable with a programmable computer processor to evaluate a response of a survey responder, the computer program product comprising:
-
computer readable program code which causes said programmable processor to select, based on a predefined criterion, a survey responder from among a plurality of candidates; computer readable program code which causes said programmable processor to receive a verbal response of the survey responder to the survey; computer readable program code which causes said programmable processor to encode an audio file comprising the verbal response; computer readable program code which causes said programmable processor to provide, to one or more evaluators, access to said audio file; computer readable program code which causes said programmable processor to provide, to the one or more evaluators, a questionnaire comprising a question regarding a disposition of the survey responder in combination with a plurality of predefined answers to the question; computer readable program code which causes said programmable processor to receive, from each of the one or more evaluators, a selected answer selected from the plurality of predefined answers; computer readable program code which causes said programmable processor to create a report based on the one or more selected answers; and computer readable program code which causes said programmable processor to provide a client access to the report. - View Dependent Claims (14, 15)
