1. A computer implemented method for calculating a process deployment index, the method comprising:
- collecting at least one metric value associated with at least one operating unit within an organization;
normalizing the at least one collected metric value to a common scale to obtain normalized metric values; and
calculating the process deployment index based on the normalized metric values, wherein the process deployment index is indicative of the extent of deployment of different processes within the organization.

Abstract
System and methods for assessing process deployment are described. In one implementation, the method includes collecting at least one metric value associated with at least one operating unit within an organization. Further, the method describes normalizing the at least one collected metric value to a common scale to obtain normalized metric values. The method further describes analyzing the metric value to calculate a process deployment index which indicates the extent of deployment of the one or more processes within the organization.
