Abstract

The present invention relates to a digital telecommunications system for creating, integrating, grouping, managing, deploying, activating and orchestrating mobile, fixed, IP, converged and next generation services and networks. Said system is called MULTI-SERVICE NETWORK CENTER (10), and includes at least one application and service orchestration server module (15), referred to as Network Browser (15), at least one administration module (13), at least network gateway module (18), at least one integration gateway module (14) and at least one database and profiling module (19). Said system includes means to be integrated to at least one core telecommunications network and means for introducing and/or management of services of complex control into said core network and in at least one of the elements thereof. Said system further includes means for opening said core network and at least one of the core network elements to at least one service, wherein said at least one service is an own service, an operator service, a third-party service, an Internet service, or any other service. Moreover, said system includes means for opening said core network and at least one element of said core network to at least one other digital network.

46. A digital telecommunications system for the creation, integration, grouping, management, deployment, activation and orchestration of mobile, fixed, IP, converged and next generation services, wherein said system comprises:

a module (15) for an applications and services orchestration server, an administration module (13), a network gateway module (18), an integration gateway module (14) and a database and profiling module (19);

means for integrating into at least one telecommunications core network;

means for introduction and/or management in the said core network and in an element of the said core network of services with complex control;

means to open the core network and an element of the core network to a service, wherein said service is an owned service, an operator service, a third-party service, an Internet service, or any other service;

means to open said core network and an element of the core network to at least one other digital network.

47. A system according to claim 46, wherein said module has a call control and call orchestration server module (17) or a logic orchestration service and an integration server module (16) wherein said call orchestration server module (17) and said logic orchestration service and integration server module (16) are based on a communications protocol and an interpreter of object structured languages, related to descriptors structured by objects.

48. A system according to claim 47, wherein said call control and call orchestration server module (17) is based on an interpreter of a language of type CCXML.

49. A system according to claim 48, wherein said interpreter of the language of type CCXML is extended with additional communications protocols selected from SCCP, TCAP, MAP, INAP, CAMEL, Diameter, H.323, MGCP, CORBA and other telecommunications and information processing protocols.

50. A system according to claim 47, wherein said logic orchestration service and integration server module (16) is based on an interpreter of a language of type VXML.

51. A system according to claim 50, wherein said interpreter of language of type VXML is extended with additional communications protocols, said additional communication protocols are not related only to traditional voice calls.

52. A system according to claim 47, wherein said logic orchestration service and integration server module (16) and said call orchestration server module (17) are combined into a single module.

53. A system according to claim 46, wherein the system is connected to a gateway module (134) for a telecommunications network.

54. A system according to claim 46, wherein the system is connected to a set of elements (130) of a core telecommunications network.

55. A system according to claim 46, wherein the system is connected to a set of networks (120) based on a communication protocol and an interface.

56. A system according to claim 46, wherein the system is connected to a telecommunications operator or a third-party services module (11) or a value-added mobile services module (12).

57. A system according to claim 46, wherein the system is connected to a module (136) of intelligent networks and business support systems.

58. A system according claim 47, wherein the administration module (13), the integration gateway module (14), the logic orchestration service and integration server module (16), the call control and call orchestration server module (17), the network gateway module (18), the applications and services orchestration server module (15) or the database and profiling module (19) is self-sufficient.

61. A system according to claim 46, wherein said services are interactive and multilingual.

62. A system according to any claim 46, wherein grouping and orchestration service logic is independent of the languages of the services.

63. A system according to claim 46, wherein said database and profiling module (19) comprises a function for defining a user profile, a function for defining a service profile and a function for defining a service logic profile.

64. A system according claim 46, further comprising a pricing module (26), a billing module (25), and an observation and ranking module (27).

65. A system according claim 46, further comprising a system of orchestration of multiple triggers and control of a service on an incoming or outgoing call.

66. A system according to claim 46, further comprising means for:

call control and services control;

orchestrations of calls and services;

multiple and unlimited triggers;

parallel call and services management sessions;

state machines for calls and services;

management of different event sources;

interpretation and execution of services and service logic;

multiple timers;

management of services locally, or remote or initiated by third-parties; and

profiling of users and services.

67. A system according to claim 46, further comprising means for hosting third party applications and services.

68. A system according to claim 46, wherein the system is a proxy system integrated in a core telecommunications network.

69. A system according to claim 46, wherein the system is a router integrated in a core telecommunications network.

70. A system according to claim 46, wherein the system is a broadcast transmission system integrated in a core telecommunications network.
