A heat spreading device of thermo siphon, the device comprising sectioning forming a first chamber portion and a second chamber portion within a closed volume of the device characterized byfirst plurality of conduits, wherein the first plurality of conduits constitutes a first plurality of channels, the first plurality of conduits forming at least part of the interior of at least one of the first and second chamber portions;
- andsecond at least two conduits, at least one of the second at least two conduits providing interconnection of the first and second chamber portions;
wherein integral sectioning encapsulated within an enclosure provide the first and second chamber portions within the closed volume of the device.

10. The heat spreading device according to claim 6, wherein the block of extruded profile in the exterior comprises a plurality of fins.

The heat spreading device according to claim 10, wherein the fins are an integral part of the block extending in direction along the first at least one conduit and in a range perpendicular to the elongation of the first at least one conduit being provided over a range corresponding to at least some of the first at least one conduit.

12. The heat spreading device according to claim 6, where the extruded profile is an aluminum profile.

13. The heat spreading device according to claim 1, comprising a cavity closure enclosing at least the first plurality of conduits and at least one second at least two conduits in the ends of the block of the extruded profile.

14. The heat spreading device according to claim 1, wherein a piece of material provides at least part of a boundary surface of the enclosure of a closed volume, wherein the piece of material provides a boundary surface common to the first and the second chamber portions.

a body comprising two plates which are copper plates or aluminum plates, the two plates being connected by welding.

16. A method of manufacturing a heat spreading device of thermo siphon comprising sectioning forming a first chamber portion, a second chamber portion, characterized in that
a first plurality of conduits, the first plurality of conduits forming at least part of the interior of at least one of the first and second chamber portions, are provided, and the first and second chamber portions are interconnected by the second at least two conduits.
