Abstract

A system may include reception of a request from a Web browser identifying source code and a computing platform, creation of a build environment corresponding to the identified computing platform, executing a build based on the source code, using the second build environment, to create build output, and transmission, to the Web browser, of a Web page including the build output.

Claims

1. A system comprising:

a first device comprising;

a first memory system storing first processor-executable program code; and

a first processor to execute the first processor-executable program code in order to cause the first device to;

receive a request from a Web browser identifying source code and a computing platform;

create a build environment in the first memory system corresponding to the identified computing platform;

execute a build based on the source code, using the build environment, to create build output; and

transmit, to the Web browser, a Web page including the build output.

2. A system according to claim 1, further comprising:

a second device comprising;

a second memory system storing second processor-executable program code and the source code; and

a second processor to execute the second processor-executable program code in order to cause the second device to;

transmit the source code to the first device.

3. A system according to claim 1, further comprising:

a second device comprising;

a second memory system storing second processor-executable program code; and

a second processor to execute the second processor-executable program code in order to cause the second device to;

receive the Web page including the build output; and

display the Web page including the build output.

4. A system according to claim 1, the first processor to further execute the first processor-executable program code in order to cause the first device to:

create, in the first memory system, a build directory associated with the build;

receive a second request from the Web browser to browse the build directory; and

transmit, to the Web browser, a second Web page including a link to at least one folder of the build directory.

5. A system according to claim 1, the first processor to further execute the first processor-executable program code in order to cause the first device to:

create, in the first memory system, a log file associated with the build;

receive a second request from the Web browser to view the log file; and

transmit, to the Web browser, a second Web page including at least a portion of the log file,

wherein the first Web page comprises a link selectable to issue the second request.

6. A system according to claim 1, further comprising:

a second device comprising;

a second memory system storing second processor-executable program code; and

a second processor to execute the second processor-executable program code in order to cause the second device to;

receive a second request from the Web browser identifying the source code and a second computing platform;

create a second build environment in the second memory system corresponding to the identified second computing platform;

execute a second build based on the source code, using the second build environment, to create second build output; and

transmit, to the Web browser, a second Web page including the second build output.

7. A non-transitory medium storing processor-executable program code, the program code comprising:

program code to receive a request from a Web browser identifying source code and a computing platform;

program code to create a build environment corresponding to the identified computing platform;

program code to execute a build based on the source code, using the build environment, to create build output; and

program code to transmit, to the Web browser, a Web page including the build output.

8. A non-transitory medium according to claim 7, the program code further comprising:

program code to receive the source code from a first device executing the Web browser.

9. A non-transitory medium according to claim 7, the program code further comprising:

program code to create a build directory associated with the build;

program code to receive a second request from the Web browser to browse the build directory; and

program code to transmit a second Web page including a link to at least one folder of the build directory.

10. A non-transitory medium according to claim 7, the program code further comprising:

program code to create a log file associated with the build;

program code to receive a second request from the Web browser to view the log file; and

program code to transmit, to the Web browser, a second Web page including at least a portion of the log file,

wherein the first Web page comprises a link selectable to issue the second request.

11. A non-transitory medium according to claim 7, the program code further comprising:

program code to receive a second request from the Web browser identifying the source code and a second computing platform;

program code to create a second build environment in the second memory non-transitory medium corresponding to the identified second computing platform;

program code to execute a second build based on the source code, using the second build environment, to create second build output; and

program code to transmit, to the Web browser, a second Web page including the second build output.

12. A method comprising:

receiving a request from a Web browser identifying source code and a computing platform;

creating a build environment corresponding to the identified computing platform;

executing a build based on the source code, using the build environment, to create build output; and

transmitting, to the Web browser, a Web page including the build output.

13. A method according to claim 12, the program code further comprising:

program code to receive the source code from a first device executing the Web browser.

14. A method according to claim 12, further comprising:

creating a build directory associated with the build;

receiving a second request from the Web browser to browse the build directory; and

transmitting a second Web page including a link to at least one folder of the build directory.

15. A method according to claim 12, further comprising:

creating a log file associated with the build;

receiving a second request from the Web browser to view the log file; and

transmitting, to the Web browser, a second Web page including at least a portion of the log file,

wherein the first Web page comprises a link selectable to issue the second request.

16. A method according to claim 12, further comprising:

receiving a second request from the Web browser identifying the source code and a second computing platform;

creating a second build environment in the second memory method corresponding to the identified second computing platform;

executing a second build based on the source code, using the second build environment, to create second build output; and

transmitting, to the Web browser, a second Web page including the second build output.
