8. A method for adjusting an oscillation circuit including a negative resistance element, the method comprising:

varying the shunt resistance of a stabilization circuit for suppressing parasitic oscillation; adjusting the impedance of the oscillation circuit in a low-frequency band; and performing one of adjustment and switching on the oscillation output of the oscillation circuit in a frequency band higher than the low-frequency band.
