Abstract

To regulate information exchanges, provide personal security and enhance personal privacy inside and outside a network and to regulate devices. Provided is a personal bio-data mining and pairing method of a human user to one or more communications devices capable of functioning in a network cloud environment and, where the rules governing cloud organization and communications are based in part upon a human user bio-data and real world information exchanges commonly occurring at specific geographical locations.

Claims

1. A communications method operating within a network wherein at least part of a human bio-information and/or bio-characteristics may be obtained through one or more energy harvesting devices and/or communications devices, comprising:

a means of bio-data mining; and

a means of detecting, collecting, analyzing and incorporating a human bio-information and/or one or more of said human bio-characteristics.

3. A mobile interactive kiosk method

according to claims 1 and 2, comprising:

a means for regulating information exchanges, providing personal security, enhancing personal communications, increasing personal privacy and/or regulating one or more devices within a network; and

a means of wired or wireless, active and/or passive, signal transmissions to and from a human body whether signal transmissions are modulating or non-modulating, electromagnetic, electrostatic, quasi-electrostatic, or electric current transmissions; and

a means of using any signal type, charge, frequency, amplitude, or intensity to communicate directly with a human brain; and

a means of encrypting information passing through and/or emanating from a human body using any signal type, charge, frequency, amplitude, or intensity; and

a means where one or more inputs into and/or one or more outputs generated from a MISK device and/or MIC device is discernable to one or more human sense organs and/or is discernable directly to a human brain bypassing one or more human sense organs.

4. A communications system

according to claim 3 comprising:

a means of a browsing cloud and/or searching cloud environments in a network; and

a means where cloud browser may function through at least one internet browser program and/or function directly as a internet browser program; and

a means of categorizing information, exchanging information, regulating communication, regulating information, displaying information, transmitting one or more signals, and receiving one or more signals; and

a means of conducting secure financial transactions and information exchanges in the real world and virtual world using in part a human bio-data.

a temporary and/or permanent cloud means.

5. A communications system

as in any preceding claim, comprising:

a means of pairing at least one mobile information cloud (MIC) device with at least one mobile interactive kiosk (MISK) device

a means of pairing a MIC and one or more MISK devices to a human; and

a means whereby a MIC device is capable of external or internal physical contact with a human; and

a means whereby preferred contact location for a MIC is on right hand and/or forehead.

7. A communications system

as in any preceding claim, comprising:

a means of classifying, categorizing, protecting and exchanging information between a human and at least one commercial entity and/or at least one other human

a means of incorporating a global position of a human; and

a means of incorporating a human proximity to a physical location in relation to said commercial entity, and/or another human; and

a means of rating information from a entity; and

a means of rating information from a human; and

a means of rating information from a communications device; and

a means of exchanging information based in part upon normative governing laws, principles, rules, requirements, customs, methods and practices commonly accepted by people at a specific geographical location.

8. A communications system

as in any preceding claim, comprising:

a means changing proximate signal transmission mode and/or proximate signal reception mode; and

a means of communication between human user and MISK through human gestures; and

a means of communication using a human body as medium when in physical contact with at least one other human body and/or a communications device; and

a means of communication when a human body is proximate to at least one other human body and/or to at least one communications device; and

a means of restricting communication when a human body is beyond proximity to at least one other human body and/or a communications device; and

a means of incorporating a default proximate signal transmission mode and/or reception mode.

9. A communications system

as in any preceding claim, comprising:

a means of creating, operating and maintaining a single cloud environment or a plurality of cloud environments through a master cloud browser software application located on at least one real world or virtual server connected to a network; and

a means wherein at least part of a cloud browser software application is operable through at least one communications device; and

a means of searching, saving, classifying, detecting, restricting access to and/or granting access to at least one cloud environment connected to a Internet network, a intranet network and/or at least one other MISK device operating a cloud browser application; and

a means of joining one or more cloud environments through a cloud browser software application; and

a means of participating in a cloud environment through a cloud browser software application; and

a means of promoting, broadcasting and soliciting at least one cloud environment; and

a means of dissolving at least one permanent cloud environment; and

a means of dissolving at least one temporary cloud environment based in part upon fixed or adjustable parameters that may be governing said cloud environment session.

10. A communications method

as in any preceding claim, comprising:

a means of inserting into and/or removing devices from a temporary and/or permanent cloud environment; and

a means of regulating one or more devices operating within a temporary and/or permanent cloud environment.

11. A communications system

as in any preceding claim, comprising:

a means of exchanging information between clouds based in part upon bio-data and a human proximity to a physical location.

2. A communications method

for pairing a human user to one or more communication devices while communicating inside our outside a network environment, comprising:

a means of incorporating collected bio-data, in whole or in part, as a basis for creating a digital bio-signature and/or one or more human bio-passwords and/or one or more bio-encryption methods.

6. A communications system

incorporating a method of converting at least one other communications device and/or mobile communications device, in part or in full, into a MISK device, the conversion method comprising:

a means of prompting a communications device; and

a means of establishing a communications link and/or communications pathway with a communications device; and

a means of forming a master/slave relationship between a MISK device and a communications device; and

a means of forming peer to peer relationship between a plurality of MISK devices; and

a means of training a human and/or a MISK and/or MIC device.
