1. An applicator for dispensing at least one additive in a fluid system comprising:
- at least one vessel, said vessel having a first portion for receiving fluid under pressure, and a second portion for mixing and dispensing said at least one additive;
at least one removable cartridge in said first portion of said at least one vessel, and in fluid communication with said fluid, said at least one cartridge containing said at least one additive and collapsively responsive to an increase in externally applied pressure from said fluid, such that when said at least one cartridge is subjected to said externally applied pressure, said at least one cartridge compresses, dispensing said at least one additive from said first portion of said at least one vessel to said second portion of said at least one vessel;
a primary fluid channel in said second portion of said at least one vessel in fluid communication with said at least one cartridge and said fluid, receiving said at least one additive upon compression of said at least one cartridge, combining said fluid and said at least one additive;
a variable switch or valve for regulating the introduction of said at least one additive to said primary fluid channel allowing an operator to mix different additives in various amounts when more than one additive is present;
a variable switch or valve for regulating egress fluid from said at least one vessel;
a variable switch or valve for regulating ingress fluid pressure on said at least one cartridge; and
at least one nozzle in fluid communication with said primary fluid channel receiving and dispensing said combined fluid and said at least one additive from said at least one vessel.

Abstract
A hand holdable applicator for delivering solutions and materials in a pressurized fluid system. Additives of solutions or materials are contained in replaceable, collapsible cartridges or liners, responsive and compressible to external fluid pressure regulated by the operator. Upon compression, additives combine with variably controlled fluid ingress and are mixed before dispersing through a nozzle having varying spraying configurations. The applicator may hold a plurality of cartridges, and additives may be administered separately or in combination.

15. A hand holdable applicator for dispensing at least one additive in a fluid system comprising:
-
a vessel having a first chamber and a second chamber; a handgrip including; a threaded aperture for receiving ingress fluid; a first fluid channel for channeling a portion of said ingress fluid to said vessel first chamber; a second fluid channel for channeling a portion of said ingress fluid to said vessel second chamber; a control switch or valve for regulating said ingress fluid in said first fluid channel; and a trigger or valve for controlling said ingress fluid to said first fluid channel, said second fluid channel, or both; a plurality of bags in said vessel first chamber in fluid communication with said ingress fluid from said first fluid channel, each of said plurality of bags filled with an additive for mixing with said fluid, and collapsively responsive to an increase in fluid pressure caused by the introduction of fluid from said first fluid channel into said vessel first chamber, such that upon introduction of said fluid within said vessel first chamber, said bags compress and dispense said additives into said vessel second chamber; at least one additive dispensing channel in said vessel second chamber in communication with said plurality of bags for receiving dispensed additives when said bags are compressed; a primary fluid channel within said vessel second chamber in communication with said at least one additive dispensing channel and in fluid communication with said second fluid channel, such that said dispensed additives and said fluid from said second fluid channel combine; a variable control switch or valve for administering a controlled quantity of said additives into said primary fluid channel; a nozzle in fluid communication with said primary fluid channel for directing fluid and additive egress from said applicator; and a mechanical rotational device or turbine located within said second chamber for further mixing of a combination of said additives and said ingress fluid before dispensing said combination from said nozzle. - View Dependent Claims (16, 17)

18. A process of mixing chemicals or solvents with fluid using an applicator comprising:
-
providing pressurized fluid to a first chamber of said applicator; allowing ingress fluid to flow to a primary fluid channel in a second chamber of said applicator by controlling a trigger or valve mechanism; adjusting said ingress fluid to a cartridge compartment in said first chamber by rotating a fluid control valve to a desired selection; selecting one or more additives in said cartridges to combine with said fluid in said primary fluid channel by activating enrichment fluid control switches or valves which are in mechanical communication with said cartridges; and adjusting an applicator nozzle head for dispensing the combined fluid-additive mixture. - View Dependent Claims (19, 20)
