Comments include text messages, audio messages, video feeds, gestures or facial expressions provided by the viewer. A time synchronized commented data stream is generated based on the viewer'"'"'s interactions. The time synchronized commented data stream includes the viewer'"'"'s interactions time stamped relative to a virtual start time at which the multimedia content stream is rendered to the viewer.
