Abstract

A touch pen includes a body and a head fixed on one end of the body and electrically connected with the body. The head includes a graphene composite material including a flexible polymer matrix and a number of graphenes dispersed in the flexible polymer matrix. The graphenes connect each other and cooperatively form a conductive network.

Claims

1. A touch pen comprising:

a body; and

a head, fixed on one end of the body, electrically connected to the body, wherein the head comprises a graphene composite material, the graphene composite material comprises a flexible polymer matrix and a plurality of graphenes dispersed in the flexible polymer matrix, the plurality of graphenes form a conductive network.

2. The touch pen as claimed in claim 1, wherein a weight percentage of the plurality of graphenes in the graphene composite material ranges from about 10% to about 60%.

3. The touch pen as claimed in claim 1, wherein the flexible polymer matrix comprises a material selected from the group consisting of polydimethylsiloxane, polypropylene, poly ethyl acrylate, poly butyl acrylate, polystyrene, polybutadiene, poly acrylonitrile and combinations thereof.

4. The touch pen as claimed in claim 1, wherein some of the plurality of carbon nanotubes extrude out of the flexible polymer matrix.

5. The touch pen as claimed in claim 1, wherein the body comprises metal.

6. The touch pen as claimed in claim 5, wherein the one end of the body defines a hole having an internal thread.

7. The touch pen as claimed in claim 6, wherein the head is fixed on the one end of the body corresponding to the internal thread.

8. A touch pen comprising:

a body; and

a head, fixed on one end of the body, electrically connected to the body, wherein the head comprises a supporter and contact layer located on an outer surface of the supporter, the contact layer comprises a graphene composite material, the graphene composite material comprises a flexible polymer matrix and a plurality of graphenes dispersed in the flexible polymer matrix, and the plurality of graphenes form a conductive network.

9. The touch pen as claimed in claim 8, wherein a weight percentage of the plurality of graphenes in the carbon nanotube composite material ranges from about 10% to about 60%.

10. The touch pen as claimed in claim 8, wherein the flexible polymer matrix comprises a material selected from the group consisting of polydimethylsiloxane, polypropylene, poly ethyl acrylate, poly butyl acrylate, polystyrene, polybutadiene, poly acrylonitrile and combinations thereof.

11. The touch pen as claimed in claim 8, wherein some of the plurality of graphenes extrude out of the flexible polymer matrix.

12. The touch pen as claimed in claim 8, wherein the contact layer is a ribbon-shaped layer and helically wraps around the supporter.

13. The touch pen as claimed in claim 8, wherein the supporter comprises a flexible polymer material selected from the group consisting of silicone elastomer, poly methyl methacrylate, polyurethane, epoxy resin, polypropylene acid ethyl ester, acrylic acid ester, polystyrene, polybutadiene, polyacrylonitrile, polyaniline, polypyrrole, polythiophene and combinations thereof.

14. The touch pen as claimed in claim 8, wherein a thickness of the plurality of graphenes is in a range from about 0.5 nanometers to about 100 nanometers.

15. A touch pen comprising:

a body; and

a head, fixed on one end of the body, electrically connected with the body, wherein the head comprises a supporter and a contact layer located on an outer surface of the supporter, and the contact layer comprises a graphene layer.

The touch pen as claimed in claim 15, wherein the supporter comprises a flexible polymer material selected from the group consisting of silicone elastomer, poly methyl methacrylate, polyurethane, epoxy resin, polypropylene acid ethyl ester, acrylic acid ester, polystyrene, polybutadiene, polyacrylonitrile, polyaniline, polypyrrole, polythiophene and combinations thereof.

17. The touch pen as claimed in claim 15, wherein the graphene layer comprises at least one layer of graphene.

18. The touch pen as claimed in claim 17, wherein a thickness of the graphene layer is less than or equal to 100 micrometers.

19. The touch pen as claimed in claim 17, wherein a thickness of the graphene layer is in a range from about 0.5 nanometers to about 100 nanometers.

20. The touch pen as claimed in claim 15, wherein the contact layer further comprises a flexible polymer matrix, the graphene layer is disposed on a surface of the flexible polymer matrix.
