- a first elongate, tubular body, having a proximal end, a distal end and a central lumen extending therethrough;
a second tubular body, extending through the central lumen; and
a filter assembly carried by the second tubular body,wherein the filter assembly is configured to appose a catheter-based device passing between the filter assembly and a vessel wall to prevent substantially all debris from flowing past the filter assembly.
