Abstract

A power synthesis circuit for a radio frequency (RF) power amplifier comprises a first matching network and a second matching network, which are connected with two-band signal output ports of the RF power amplifier respectively, and signal coupling circuits which are connected with two-band signal receiving ports respectively. The first matching network and the second matching network are connected with an antenna circuit via a duplexer, and are grounded via an inductor and a switch element which is connected in parallel to the inductor respectively. The leakage of signal among different channels is prevented. The transmission quality of the RF signal is improved. The cost of the power amplifier is reduced and the structure of the power amplifier is simplified.

Claims

1. A radio frequency power amplifier power-combiner circuit, wherein the circuit is connected to the antenna, comprising the first matching network and the second matching network respectively connected to the two-band RF power amplifier signal output ports, and the signal coupling circuits connected with the two-band signal receiver ports respectively;

wherein the first matching network and the second matching network are connected to the antenna circuit through the duplexer, characterized in that the first matching network is grounded through the inductor and switching elements in parallel with the inductor, and the second matching network is grounded through the inductor and switching elements in parallel with the inductor.

2. The power-combiner circuit as claimed in claim 1, wherein the signal transmission line between the first matching network and the signal coupling circuit is grounded through the inductor and the switching elements connected in parallel with the inductor;

the signal transmission line between the second matching network and the signal coupling circuit is grounded through the inductor and the switching elements connected in parallel with the inductor.

3. The power combiner circuit as claimed in claim 2, wherein said first matching network comprises the cascaded front-end matching network (1-1) and secondary matching network (1-2), the second matching network comprises the front-end matching network (2-1) and secondary matching network (2-2);

the front-end matching network is connected to the grounded switching elements and the inductor, and the secondary matching network is connected with the duplexer.

7. The power combiner circuit as claimed in claim 1 or claim 4, wherein the signal coupling circuit is coupling capacitance.

8. The power combiner circuit as claimed in claim 7, wherein the signal transmission line between the coupling capacitance and the band signal receiver port is grounded through the switching elements.

9. The power combiner circuit as claimed in claim 7, wherein there are switching elements cascaded with the coupling capacitance and the band signal receiver port.

10. The power combiner circuit as claimed in claim 8, wherein the signal transmission line between the coupling capacitance and the band signal receiver port is grounded through the switching elements.

4. A power combiner circuit, wherein the circuit is connected with the antenna, comprising L matching networks, each of which is connected to an RF power amplifier band signal output port, and N signal coupling networks, each of which is connected with a band signal receiver port;

wherein the L matching networks are connected to the antenna circuit through a multiplexer, characterized in that the L matching networks are grounded through the inductor and the switching elements connected in parallel.

5. The power combiner circuit as claimed in claim 4, wherein the signal transmission lines between the L matching networks and the signal coupling circuits are respectively grounded through the inductor and the switching elements in parallel with the inductor.

6. The power combiner circuit as claimed in claim 5, wherein the L matching networks include the cascaded front-end matching network and secondary matching network;

the front-end matching networks are all connected to the grounded switching elements and the inductor, and the secondary networks are all connected with the duplexer.
