9. A DC power distribution apparatus comprising:

a DC-DC converter which converts a DC power outputted from a DC power source into a DC power having a desired voltage level and outputs the DC power, the DC-DC converter being connected to the DC power source in parallel with a power conditioner which converts the DC power outputted from the DC power source into an AC power synchronized with a phase of an AC power system and outputs the AC power, so that the DC-DC converter can be operated simultaneously with the power conditioner; and an operation control part which controls the DC-DC converter to operate only when an input voltage of the DC-DC converter falls within a predetermined range.
