Abstract

The invention relates to a method and system of filling and maintaining a database containing geo-localized user data comprising the following steps: —receiving registration data from users, —generating a personalized user-environment like a dynamically generated personal WebPage; —requesting and storing of HSS-data of the registered user by means of the personal WebPage using the Internet; —maintaining the database by checking the HSS-data each time the user makes direct or indirect contact with the personal WebPage.

Claims

1. A method of filling and maintaining a database containing geo-localized user data comprising the following steps:

receiving registration data from users directly through the Internet or indirectly using a method for requesting and subsequently transmitting product data information stored in a database by inputting a product code into a mobile phone, or from the programming interface of a partner like partner websites, government organisations, insurance agencies, mutual companies;

generating a personalized user-environment like a dynamically generated personal WebPage;

requesting of HSS-data of the registered user by means of the personal WebPage using the Internet, the HSS-data being chosen from;

fixed or mobile phone number, particular geo-locations of interest such as home, work or family and the contact address;

storing of de HSS-data of the user together with its registration data into the database;

maintaining the database by checking the HSS-data each time the user makes direct or indirect contact with the personal WebPage.

2. A method of filling and maintaining a database according to claim 1, wherein the HSS-data also comprises HSS-services requested by the user and/or personal information such as handicap, related persons or objects.

3. A method of filling and maintaining a database according to claim 1, wherein the HSS-services to be requested by the user are chosen from:

natural catastrophe warnings like snow, rain, storm, earthquake etc.;

accident warning like radioactive fall-out, chemical gasses etc. or personal environmental warnings like ozone, pollen, epidemics etc.

4. A method for generating a personalised warning comprising the steps of:

filling and maintaining a database according to the method of claim 1;

receiving catastrophe information from an information service like a government organisation;

generating a personalized warning by combining the HSS-data and the catastrophe information;

providing the personalized warning to the user.

5. A method for generating a personalised warning according to claim 4, wherein the step of providing the personalized warning comprises:

providing the warning to all current and upcoming means of communication like SMS, MMS, mobile phone, fax, WebTV or a HTTP-device.

6. A method for generating a personalised warning according to claim 4, the step of receiving catastrophe information from an information service comprising:

receiving information about the danger area zone and;

the step of generating a personalized warning comprising;

determining the users which are located in the danger area zone e.g. by locating their mobile phones.

7. A method for generating a personalised warning according to claim 4, wherein the warning is also provided to persons having its contact data stored in the HSS-data of the user.

8. A system for generating personalized warnings comprising:

means for maintaining a database of user registration data and user HSS-data;

means for generating a personalized user-environment like a dynamically generated personal WebPage;

means for receiving catastrophe information from an information service like a government organisation;

means for the management of a centralized government platform comprising every information service, warning system, rescue agencies and communication services;

means for centralizing information concerning disasters and their evolution;

means for analysing catastrophe evolutions and locating concerned layers of population through time;

means for generating a personalized warning by combining the HSS-data and the catastrophe information;

means for providing the personalized warning to the user.

A system for generating personalized warnings according to claim 8, wherein the means for providing the personalized warning to the user includes a mobile phone being able to recognizing the warning even if the mobile phone is not activated and further being able to be activated when a warning is received.
