TOUCH PANEL DISPLAY DEVICE
First Claim
1. A touch panel display device comprising:
- a display panel;
a first film layer located over the display panel, the first film layer comprising a first substrate, a first transparent conductive layer located over the first substrate and having a first pattern, and an index matching layer located between the first substrate and the first transparent conductive layer;
a second film layer located over the first film layer, the second film layer comprising a second substrate, a second transparent conductive layer located over the second substrate and having a second pattern, and an index matching layer located between the second substrate and the second transparent conductive layer; and
a touch window located over the second film layer,wherein the index matching layer allows at least one of reflectivity between the first substrate and the first transparent conductive layer and reflectivity between the second substrate and the second transparent conductive layer to be 1% or less.
