generate an electronic consumer engagement module comprising at least one consumer response component configured to solicit a feedback response from at least one consumer;
electronically display the consumer engagement module to at least one consumer response component on a social media platform; and
receive an electronic consumer response to the consumer response component from the at least one consumer through the social media platform; and
establishing a performance benchmark based at least in part on the feedback response from the at least one consumer.
