1. An endoscopic device provided with an observation window in a distal end face of an insertion part to be inserted into a subject, an observational direction from the observation window being substantially identical with a longitudinal axis of the insertion part, the endoscope comprising:
- a concave guide surface disposed in a distal lateral portion of the insertion part so as to extend along a longitudinal direction of the insertion part; and
a bending part configured to be bendable with the guide surface inside, whereina treatment instrument fed from a distal end exit of a treatment instrument passage disposed closer to a proximal end of the insertion part than the guide surface is guided along the guide surface when the bending part is bent.
