1. An accessory drive mechanism for a hybrid vehicle, characterized in that the mechanism comprises a drive power take-off mechanism which takes out a power from a traveling drive system having an engine and a traveling motor, an accessory is connected to the drive power take-off mechanism, a first one-way clutch, which can transmit a power to the accessory side alone, is interposed between the drive power take-off mechanism and the accessory, an accessory driving motor is connected to the accessory on an opposite side of the drive power take-off mechanism, a second one-way clutch, which can transmit a power to the accessory side alone, is interposed between the accessory and the accessory driving motor, the first one-way clutch transmits revolutions but the second one-way clutch does not transmit revolutions in a case that a number of revolutions being transmitted from the drive power take-off mechanism to the accessory is higher than a number of revolutions being transmitted from the accessory driving motor to the accessory, and that the second one-way clutch transmits revolutions but the first one-way clutch does not transmit revolutions in a case that the number of revolutions being transmitted from the accessory driving motor to the accessory is higher than the number of revolutions being transmitted from the drive power take-off mechanism to the accessory.
