1. A method for providing supervision to a teleconference including a supervision provider and a user, comprising:
- providing a plurality of simultaneous information channels that communicate information to said supervision provider and said user, said simultaneous information channels comprising;
an audio/visual channel having audio/visual functionality including audio/visual interaction between said supervision provider and said user;
an information record channel having information record functionality including access to record information relating to said user by said supervision provider;
a diagnostic channel having diagnostic functionality including access to current monitored parameters of said user by said supervision provider;
an action channel having action functionality including action by said supervision provider in response to information received by way of said simultaneous information channels;
an administrative channel that permits administrative functionality including access to financial information relating to said user by said supervision provider; and
a supervision central server having a supervision router with central server ports coupled to a supervision graphical user interface for integrating and synchronizing said simultaneous information channels to simultaneously display said simultaneous information channels and provide to supervisory functionality for supervising said simultaneous information channels by said supervision provider and providing said supervision provider with access to said functionalities simultaneously by way of a single portal coupled to said supervision graphical user interface,wherein supervising said simultaneous information channels includes at least entering information by said supervision provider into at least one simultaneous information channel in response to information received by said supervision provider by way of another simultaneous information channel.

Abstract
A method provides supervision which includes providing a plurality of information channels for communicating information to the service provider and the user and integrating the information channels to provide access to supervisory functionality for supervising the information channels of the plurality of information channels by way of a single portal. The method provides access to audio/visual functionality, to information record functionality, to diagnostic functionality, to action functionality and to administrative functionality. All functionalities are accessed by way of a portal whereby the portal has access to the functionalities simultaneously. A single accessing of the portal by the user permits the user to gain access to all of the functionalities simultaneously in accordance with the single accessing. The portal can be a web portal. Each of the functionalities is accessed by way of a respective information channel of a plurality of information channels.
