Abstract

The invention refers to an electromagnetic valve, in particular pressure control valve, with a magnetic part of at least an electrically controllable coil, a core and an armature provided in an armature housing and shiftably guided, and with a valve part, having at least a feed, a return and/or a consumer connection, wherein the valve part has between the feed and the return or consumer connection at least one globe valve that can be sealed by a locking part, and the armature interacts with the locking part, between armature and locking part an activation rod arranged in a penetration bore hole of the core being provided for this purpose, wherein a connecting channel, connecting the penetration bore hole with an in particular pressure-free or pressure-reduced relieving area, ends in the penetration bore hole.

Claims

1. Electromagnetic valve, in particular pressure control valve, with a magnetic part of at least one electrically controllable coil, a core and an shiftably guided armature provided in an armature housing, and with a valve part having at least a feed, a return and/or a consumer connection, with the valve part having between the feed and the return or the consumer connection at least one globe valve that can be sealed by a locking part, and the armature interacting with the locking part, with an activation rod arranged in a penetration bore hole of the core, being provided therefor between the armature and the locking part, wherein at least one connecting channel, connecting the penetration bore hole with a particularly pressure-free or pressure-reduced relieving area, ends in the penetration bore hole.

Electromagnetic valve according to claim 1, wherein the core is arranged between the armature housing and the valve part, and/or wherein several connecting channels are provided running radially towards the penetration bore hole, and/or wherein the connecting channels are arranged opposite, crosswise or starlike.

3. Electromagnetic valve according to claim 1, wherein the connecting channel and/or the connecting channels is/are arranged substantially rectangularly, vertically or radially and/or inclined relative to the penetration bore hole.

Electromagnetic valve according to claim 1, wherein the core and/or magnetic part is formed of two or more parts, separated in particular in axial direction, and wherein preferably radially running recesses or grooves provided in the parts form the at least one connecting channel or the connecting channels, and/or wherein the connecting channel or the connecting channels is/are integrated in the parts.

Electromagnetic valve according to claim 1, wherein the activation rod has a two-part configuration, with a first activation rod part being in active connection with locking parts of the valve, and a second activation rod part to be put in the core and/or core section providing the penetration bore hole, wherein the first activation rod part is in active connection with the second activation rod part.

6. Electromagnetic valve according to claim 1, wherein the core is configured as separate structural part, providing the connecting channel or the connecting channels, and/or wherein the part of the core facing the pressure space is configured as separate structural part.

7. Electromagnetic valve according to claim 1, wherein the core and/or magnetic part or a magnetic section has a centering pin or a centering bore hole for the centered assembly of the separate structural part.

Electromagnetic valve according to claim 1, wherein the core and/or the magnetic part and/or the separate structural part is formed of different materials, and wherein the separate structural part is formed of a plastic material, in particular temperature, acid and/or oil resistant plastic material, preferably polyphenylene sulfide, polyamide, polytetrafluor ethylene, polychlortrifluor ethylene or the like, or mixtures thereof, or has a coating of these plastic materials or mixtures thereof.

9. Electromagnetic valve according to claim 1, wherein the connecting channels or the connecting channel are/is provided as through bore hole(s) in the core or a part of the core, and/or the connecting channel or the connecting channels has/have at least an angulation or curve.

10. Electromagnetic valve according to claim 1, wherein the core and/or the magnetic part has in the area of the at least one connecting channel and/or linked to the at least one connecting channel a widening, a bore hole, a notch or a recess.

Electromagnetic valve according to claim 1, wherein the core and/or the magnetic part has on the side opposite the penetration bore hole of the at least one connecting channel a widening, a bore hole, a notch or a recess, and wherein the connecting channel ends in the widening, the bore hole, the notch or the recess, and wherein the widening, the bore hole, the notch or the recess has a volume that is enlarged compared with the at least one connecting channel.

Electromagnetic valve according to claim 1, wherein the core and/or the magnetic part has on the side opposite the penetration bore hole of the at least one connecting channel a widening, a bore hole, a notch or a recess, and wherein the widening, the bore hole, the notch or the recess provide a receiving space for a mixture of oil or oil particles excreted in the at least one connecting channel.

Electromagnetic valve according to claim 1, wherein the at least one connecting channel has a groove or annular groove provided in the core or in the magnetic part and/or in a housing receiving the core and/or the magnetic part, and wherein the at least one connecting channel ends in a groove or annular groove provided in the core and/or in the magnetic part or in a housing receiving the core and/or the magnetic part, and the groove or annular groove is in connection with a drainage.

14. Electromagnetic valve according to claim 1, wherein the core has a core part or core section, and wherein the pressure-free or pressure-reduced relieving area is integrated in the core, a core part or a core section, or is formed or limited by the core.

Electromagnetic valve according to claim 1, wherein the pressure-free or pressure-reduced relieving area has an at least in partial areas a circumference reduction of the core and/or the magnetic part, in particular a completely or partly circular circumferential groove, and wherein the pressure-free or pressure-reduced relieving area is formed by at least in part areas a circumferential reduction of the core and/or the magnetic part, in particular a completely or partly circular circumferential groove.

Electromagnetic valve according to claim 1, wherein the pressure-free or pressure-reduced relieving area and/or a receiving space for the excreted oil or oil particle mixture is provided in a section of a housing of the valve receiving the core and/or the magnetic part, and wherein the section of the housing has a reduction of circumference or material in an outlet area of the at least one connecting channel.

17. Electromagnetic valve according to claim 1, wherein the valve part or a valve housing has an in particular pot-like designed receiving area for the core, and/or the magnetic part or a section of the core and/or the magnetic part projecting in the valve part or housing section.

Electromagnetic valve according to claim 1, wherein the valve part or a valve housing has an in particular pot-like designed receiving area for the core and/or the magnetic part or a section of the core and/or the magnetic part projecting in the valve part or housing section, and wherein between a bottom of the receiving area and the core, and/or magnetic part or the part of the core and/or the magnetic part projecting in the valve part a space is provided, and the space provides a return for oil or oil particle mixture drained via the at least one connecting channel and/or the drainage.
